As early at the break of the morning dawn, the beige haired princess prepares herself for her first schedule of the day.
Hmm. . .what was in my first schedule again? The ten year old reaches out to a piece of paper that lay from her bed's end table and scans the first scheduled activity.
Oh, so it's still with Xavier-san, it seems.
She returns the paper to its original place and grabs her newly favorite weapon, her makeshift whip before she walks out from her bedchambers.
In her walk towards her destination, the kingdom's princess came across a palace maid who humbly greets the adolescent girl.
Ohayo, hime-sama.
She did not waste any second and nods her head in turn to the subject's greeting before answering.
Ohayo.
After not returning to Altaria for almost two and a half decade, the castle seems to be the same and in perfect shape as the first Mira family had occupied it. The princess examines the palace halls.
The beige haired princess did some research on the castle to which it became her point of interest after she had heard the story that came from the queen dowager. It seems that she plans on focusing the history of Altaria, the Mira royal family and also including its descendants.
Well, I'll look forward on studying and discussing further on the island's and Mira family's history. She thinks of what could happen on her next schedule after the first one.
Helen finally arrives in front of the back door of the castle that led to the garden and grabs the handle to widely open the door. The scene that greeted the princess was the rest of her immediate royal family members.
Ohayo, Helen-chan. Axel smiled at the sight of his sister who was clad ready in her sparring attire.
The king gave a simple morning greeting to his daughter. You look ready to start a kick off on your first day.
Helen felt herself smile and giggle inwardly at her father's welcoming morning greeting.
Ohayo, Helen. Have you had your breakfast already? The queen asked the princess.
The daughter only gave a timid nod as a reply to her mother's question.
Ano, okaa-san?
Yes?
Can you—? She stops for a second because she almost stuttered and continues. Can you do my hair again like the hairstyle yesterday? As the ten year old girl fiddles her fingers.
The reply that came from the queen was only a chuckle before she answered. Of course, dear. And I'll teach it to you so that you could do it yourself on your last schedule, okay?
Arigatou, okaa-san.
For a couple of minutes, the mother and daughter had a simple bonding time with each other. It was through tying the princess' long beige curls.
I think you should go now to the forest fields. Xander-san is waiting for you. The voice came from the prince and heir to the crown.
At the prince's voice, Athena makes the final loop to her daughter's hair and locks it so that it would not fall over and distract the girl. The queen taps the ten year old's tied hair gently as a sign that she was finished.
The beige haired princess stands and bows in front of the king, queen and the prince before she briskly walks away with unintended grace from the three main monarchs.
It's time to work, my love. Alexander told his wife with loving affection.
She only nodded and gently smiled in response.
Well, for me otou-san? Okaa-san? The prince asked the royal couple.
The crown prince's tone caused the pair to chuckle at his question and replied. Of course you're going to work together with us.
As you are the heir to the crown, our son. The king continued in his own thought.
Assisting in your future reign would be with your sister at your disposal. The queen quietly adds in her mind.
