Despite her husband's protest of her walking around Alubarna Palace, Queen Titi was headstrong and willful on visiting their bedridden niece. To King Cobra's peace of mind, he asked his queen's personal handmaiden and bodyguard to keep an eye close to her since the queen was already close to her due date.
Nevertheless, the queen looked forward to her first interaction with her niece.
Although she haven't met Athena Nefertari personally since she officially left the country in the hands of her husband a long time ago, she sure knows how the predecessor ruled Alabasta with fairness and justice. She even saw a portrait of the former youngest queen in history, donning her regalia and looking quite the charmer as her loveliness oozed out.
Truth be told, Athena was and still is Titi's role model on being a queen.

The former Altarian princess was told by the family physician that she can walk around Alubarna Palace once she finishes her last IV bag. She was also told by her assigned nurse that the queen would eventually soon visit her.
Once she saw a motherly-figure on a wheelchair, Helen scanned her visage as the twelve year old tries to relate her second visitor to her uncle Cobra. The princess also observed that her benefactor was a pregnant woman.

At the sight of the twelve year old niece, Titi smiled at her presence as Fryne set her wheelchair by the princess' bedside. Once settled, the lady-in-waiting went outside the green room as she stood on standby for any orders from her queen.
"How are you faring and adjusting to your life in Alabasta, Helen-chan?"
The mentioned princess nods as she replies, "I'm feeling quite good, Your Majesty. Ylla-sensei has mentioned on her recent visit that once I finish my IV bag, I can roam around Alubarna Palace."
Titi's expression faltered quite a bit once she heard her niece addressing her quite formally.
"Would you love to take on walks with me by the seashore sometime?" the queen tries, letting the girl feel comfortable around her. "Any questions you have left, I can answer."
