"Mamá! ¿Dónde está mi teléfono?" I yelled from upstairs.

"Why are you yelling?" Will, my best friend, asked. "And what even are you saying?"

I chuckled. "I asked her where my phone is. Maybe if she would respond I would find it." I said, rolling my eyes and putting emphasis on the word respond.

"¿Por qué gritas niño? Que debería estar en la mesa del comedor." Mom answered, sounding slightly annoyed.

"What did she say?" Will whispered.

I chuckled. "Why is it in there?" I yelled back.

"I don't know? You left it there." She answered.

"I'd appreciate it if you didn't go all Mexican on me while I'm at your house." Will snorted, laying back on my bed.

"Sorry, it's a habit." I laughed, sitting next to him.

"So what'd you do this weekend?" Will asked, pulling me down so I was laying next to him. He turned to face me, and I smiled shyly.

"Not much, I didn't have school." I joked, chuckling softly at myself.

"You're lame, but it's cute." Will laughed.

But it's cute. Cute.

Did Will just call me cute?! I think he did! "My heart is beating so fast right now." I admitted.

He looked at me and furrowed his eyebrows, grinning softly. Why did I just say that?

"It is? I wonder why." Will teased.

I groaned and turned the other way so my back was facing him, covering my face with a pillow. He put his hand on my shoulder and spun me around in one swift movement.

"Have I ever told you how pretty you were?" He questioned, smiling softly as he moved a piece of hair out of my face.

I stared at him lovingly. Will made me so happy, I don't know what I would do without him.

"No." I lied. He has called me pretty before, but each time it made my stomach flip, and I loved the way it made me feel. It made me feel happy, loved, pretty.

"You have such a pretty heart, y/n." That was the last thing he said before he took my face in his hands, slowly connecting our lips. It was pure bliss, I felt as if I was on Cloud 9.

Will pulled away, his thumb softly grazing my bottom lip. He opened his arms, as if inviting me to cuddle. I smiled, scooting closer to him and wrapping my arm around his torso.

"You are such an amazing person."
