Nothing Can Last Forever

Chapter 1: Memories

"Una?" Kat asked "it's me".
"Get away! Who are you? How did you find me?" Luna panicked.
"Listen Luna! It's your sister... don't you remember?" King Garroth questioned.
"No! Go away!" Luna yelled, shivering.
With that, she swiftly ran into the forest.
"I'm sorry Kat but all Luna's memories are all gone--"
"Help!" Ruby cried, dragging herself to everyone.
Her armour was burnt and one of her eyes were swollen.
"What happened!?" Saturn shouted, helping Ruby inside "Tell us everything".
Luna was in the forest thinking.
"I guess I'm Luna?" She asked herself.
"Princess Luna?" A figure questioned Luna "Princess of the Night? Sister of Princess Kat of the Light?"
"Yeah...I think so" Luna replied.
"So, I was thinking...We could work together: your darkness and out plans would work perfectly" The figure smiled.
"We?" Luna said in a perplexed tone.
"Yeah, me and my master will work with you" The figure grinned.
"Who are you?" Luna snapped.
"I am Sophie and my master is Faye" The figure replied.
"So, what's the plan?" Luna cautiously said.
"To get rid of the King, Kat and the prince of the forest" Sophie chuckled.
"I don't know..." Luna shamefully said, she started to remember the battle, being sent away.
"You won't be defeated this time, I guarantee it" Sophie whispered.
"Erm...fine" Luna faintly smiled.
"Great, now...do what I order!" Faye shouted.
"What you want me to do?" Luna yelled back.
"Get Kat and bring her to me...Make sure no one sees" Faye smirked.
"Why!?" Luna concerningly pondered.
"Haven't you heard? Your sister and Saturn are getting married!" Sophie screamed.
"I'll do my best--"
"Una! Come back!" Kat roared from the castle.
"I have to go..." Luna sighed as she ran back to the castle.
'I have to kidnap Kat' Luna thought as she made her way into the castle.
Oddly, everyone was crowded around the central table and Kat had her head down but a slight grin, Ruby had her head down in sorrow.
Ruby had her crutches and her arms in slings.
"What's going on..." Luna asked cautiously.
"Luna..." Ruby spoke up "I'm sorry".
"What's going on!?" Luna boomed, making the earth shake.
"It's your friend..." Saturn emitted.
"Guard..." Kyle corrected.
"Ruby?" Luna remembered her.
"No...The other one" King Garroth said.
"I Can't r-remember..." Luna hesitated "Wait! No! It can't be! Dusk!? Is it!?"
"Yes...I'm so sorry" Ruby sorrowfully said "He died in the light blast...It caused a mini explosion where we were...He didn't make it..."
"It was your fault!" Luna raged, pointing at Kyle "You created that blast! You killed him!"
"No Luna!" Saturn snapped "You killed him! If it wasn't for you becoming evil and corrupted, he would still be here! It's your fault he's dead! Yours!"
No one seen Luna for the rest of the night.
