Demi-Demon [Part 8]

Ross' POV

Adam shut the door and locked it. "heh uh Adam what do you need to talk about" I asked him. He walked toward me slowly but he was walking to me in a threatening manner. I stood up quickly and fell into my chair. "Ross I told you to stay away from Max remember" Adam said. I ducked my head into my knees and tried not to look at Adam. Without warning every bit of light went out in my office. When I looked up I wasn't in my office anymore. I was in some sort of darkness with two doors on either side of me and Adam stood in the middle with candles around him. 

"Well Ross you have two choices I gave you the option for a more peaceful way but this will have to do" Adam said. His eyes were blood red and glowing and behind him demon like wings were swaying in some non-existent wind.  "You're a demi-demon aren't you" I said. Adam smiled cruelly showing his teeth sharpened into fangs. "You're a smart one aren't you now choose a door" Demon-Adam said. 

I stood up and looked at both of the doors then back at Adam. "I choose none Adam" I said. Adam smiled and came at me with lightning speed. I anticipated this and without moving a wall of ice appeared and Demon-Adam slammed into it. "Guess all that Ice training actually paid off, I don't even have to move my hands to make ice" I mumbled. Adam snarled and shattered my ice with a slash of his hands. His nails turned into talons and Adam came at me again. I shut my eyes and when I opened them a light blue light shone quickly and Adam's lower half was encased in Ice. 

"What is this Ross you can't have this kind of power yet you're too young" Adam snarled. I glared at Adam and snapped my fingers. The ice encasing Adam slowly went up to his neck and then stopped. "Adam have you always been a Demi-Demon" I asked. Adam laughed sadistically and shook his head. "I haven't my little narwhal. You're friend Adam summoned me a while back and I sensed a hidden power within you that I wanted to make mine. Unfortunately Max got in my way So I had to take some precautions" He said.

"You caused me to go into a coma didn't you" I said. The Demi-Demon smiled and nodded it's head. "You thought you could get rid of my memories but what you didn't expect is for Max to have a special gift too right" I said. Adam's smile went away quickly and was replaced with a cold stare. "That impertinent little Magi got in my way and restored your memories. I tried to use any way I could to get rid of your memories of him but he kept restoring them. Now I tried to permanently remove your memories but I didn't expect you to get training from the Magi and for you to get this strong. But now what I know what you're power is I can reverse it" Adam said. 

The ice around Adam shattered and little chunks hit me in the chest and flew me back. I tried to create more Ice but when I made another wall it was crushed by Adam. "Not now little Elysium I know you're secret for Ice so it's easy for me to get rid of it" Adam said. He slashed at my chest and created three deep cuts on my chest. I screamed out in pain and fell to the ground.  Adam stood above me and smiled cruelly. He crouched down so his face was next to mine. "Guess the Magi couldn't save the Elysium pity" Adm said. Adam leaned his head next to mine. "Your little Magi won't save you now" Adam husked in my ear.

I thought about Max and all the good parts of him but my memories of him became hazy and unclear. "Sorry Ross but for my plan to work you gonna have to forget about the Magi" Demon-Adam said. All the training I had with Max began to fade away the last memory I had of him was when he turned around and his eye was green. Wait his eye it was infused with my earth Magic till it was completely healed. 

I called upon Max and the bit of my magic within him calling him to me. I stood up from the ground which surprised Adam. "You know Adam I have something to tell you" I said confidently. Adam looked surprised but it was replaced with a smile. "And what would that be little Elysium if you think you can get rid of me your gonna need some kind of exorcism and that requires light and you my friend have no light here" Adam said laughing. I smiled at him which cause him to frown.
