So Episide 25 came out yesterday and I... I am in a fragile state. I AM IN A FRAGILE STATE. Sorry if the writing sucks more than usual. :[

"That was easier than I expected," Jean said. The six of us stood in front of an archaic chapel, whose stylistic ancient architcture was a trademark of the Order in modern times. It stood out from all the other buildings, making it simple to find. I was almost uncomfortable with how uncomplicated our plan was, it was very transparent on Scouting Legion standards.

Of course, there was still some apprehensive that came with imagining what lied beyond those large gilded doors of the Yalkell headquarters. If the guards on the inside were anything like their men the town, then there wouldn't be much to worry about but plenty to miffed about.

Levi suddenly gave me a little push forward, telling me I should be the one to knock. I looked at Eren and Armin on one side of me and Jean and Mikasa on the other. I murmured, "You ready?" They all nodded. I grasped the ornate door knocker and clanged it against the door a few times. We waited.

A couple moments later, the door swung open and out clambered a young boy, no older than the age of twelve I suspected. His white hood rested halfway on his head of disheveled and greasy brown hair and the buttoning of his coat was uneven. He was very red in the cheeks and he held loosely in his had a liquor bottle.

"What do you want, ya good-for-nothin' soldiers?" The boy spat at us.

Eren was not having any of that. He siezed the boy by his collar and threatened, "Listen here, ya little sh--"

"We'd like to have a word with your Mentor," I interjected before things went dirty, "Would that be alright?"

"I don't care," the boy threw his head back and took a swig of whatever beverage was in his hand. We followed him into the building as he stumbled around.

"Charming," Mikasa said under her breath.

"Just when I thought I couldn't hate these people any more," Jean commented. I couldn't help but wince slightly at his words. I wanted to think that he meant everyone besides me, but something in my gut told me not to get my hopes up... that no matter what I did, giving up my whole life, nothing would change the way he felt. But I saved those thoughts for a different time.

The chapel was, to put it simply, in shambles. It was filthy, ill-kept, and reeked of whiskey. Dust and spiderwebs clung to the archways and a large stain of dry blood was splattered across the the stained glass panels at the far end of the entrance room. Not only did I innately find this offensive, but I saw that Levi nearly had an ulcer. I found this somewhat humorous, even though it was not the time to be joking around.

"Are you gonna be alright, Corporal?" I asked Levi.

"Shut it, Cadet," he grumbled. He grabbed the end of my scarf and pressed the fabric over his nose and mouth.

"The Mentor's upstairs at the end of the hall," the greasy boy slurred, "I'd be careful if I was you lot. She's a bit of a looney." With that, he floundered into a different room. A female Mentor was a rare occurance.

We made our way up the stairwell, being careful to avoid shattered glass of beer bottles everywhere. I became sincerely worried about Levi and whether or not he'd be able to withstand it. I would have to make sure that we'd get out of that building as soon as possible. The doors of every room in the hall of the second floor were open. Some rooms were empty and some had people lazing around in them and there was one room that contained two people but I did not see what they were doing due to Jean hastily covering my eyes with his hand a pulling me away.
