Forbidden Passion

Chapter 15

Today is Miss. Brittany's assessment and I am so excited to fail her. Its also the day I get to see Mr. Foss after a long time because Samantha will not be dropping me home but he will. Sometimes having a sister like Samantha who does not care is amazing. I have not yet spoken to anyone about what principal Martin told me about him being a married man but I want to clear the air with Jake today.

"Hey babe." Alicia says to me as she walks into math class then sits next to Ray.

"Hello gorgeous." I say then smile at her.

Trey and Stella walk in and Trey sits next to me. Trey and I have been getting quite close lately but I do not want to send any wrong signals. Today I want to tell Stella what I heard about Mr. Foss and just see what she thinks about it.

"Good morning class." Miss. Brittany says as she walks in with principal Martin.

She is all dressed up with the biggest smile on her face as she places her bag on the table, takes out some papers and starts to hand them out. Principal Martin also starts handing out papers in order for us to fill in about the kind of teacher that Miss Brittany is.  I don't remember Mr. Foss having to do this but I guess it is because he was already an experienced lecturer.

"On the sheets is a quiz I prepared for you all which is to be done in twenty minutes before I give you the oral quiz so that you can show me what you have learnt."

During the interactive class, the only person answering questions is Matthew and Ben while the rest of us pretend we do not know what she is talking about. She tries to ask me a few questions but I just stare at her blank faced. I feel really bad that we are doing this but at the same time she deserves it for all the lies she told about Mr. Foss and I. I constantly turn to principal Martin who looks quite disappointed and disturbed with the class while Miss. Brittany tries to play it cool. I begin to fill in Principal Martin's questionnaire with negative comments about her teaching and her dressing.

"I have taught you guys this a billion times and not a single one of you learnt a damn thing!" she finally yells.

Alicia starts to giggle but I can tell she is trying to hold it in. Principal Martin gets up from his seat, collects the questionnaire papers and walks out of class. That is what I call a mission accomplished, I hope Ms. Brittany learns she is not the only one that can be pretentious.

"So is anyone going to tell me what the hell all that was about? You planned to go against me and tell me what is that going to solve? Huh?" she asks but everyone remains silent.

Tears start to roll down her face as she collects the papers, puts them in her bag and walks out of class. I have never felt so awkward being somewhere like now. We all silently pack our things and walk out of class.

"That was so bad guys, I feel really bad now." Stella says as we walk to the cafeteria.

"I don't feel too bad because she threatened and lied to get Mr. Foss fired. I do feel kind of bad because we made her look worse than she actually is." I say as we sit at one of the benches.

"Now I don't feel bad anymore."

"Stella there is something I want to tell you." I say.

"You are not pregnant and neither have you slept with Mr. Foss right?" she asks angrily

"Noways! Principal Martin called me to his office last week, he told me that Mr. Foss is a married man. He also told me that he has children. He did not explicitly say it but he said it like why would a married man with kids be in a relationship with a student."

"He is such a backstabber, I told you Catherine, he can't be trusted. I feel like you should have stayed with Trey. I know for sure issues like this wouldn't be happening." she says
