"Okay, listen, I can explain." I offer. Vikk had gently closed the door between the kitchen and the living room, while Preston had been sitting there, silent, for the past 5 minutes. Vikk had also taken the time to find a small night light, so it was easier to put a voice to a face as we talked.

"Really, huh? You can explain what the fu--" He stops himself, clearing his throat. "Fudge, what the fudge, is happening with your hand then, right?" Vikk pressures, walking up to me.

"Well- I really can't," I mutter, glancing back at my hand. It had fully disappeared, my forearm slowly receding.

"Okay, this is phenomenal. You're currently withering away and you don't know how to explain what's going on. Phenomenal," Vikk complains, pacing around.

Wow, my mind really knows how to correctly portray Vikk.

"Fine, I guess I can do it since Mr. TBNR is having a seizure." Vikk sighs, glancing at Preston. Who was in the exact same 'dear in head lights' position as before.

"Okay, well, how long has this, been going on?" Vikk asks, gesturing to my arm as he speaks.
"The invisibility or any of it?" I ask, raising my eyebrows.

He sighs, rubbing the bridge of his nose with his fingers. "There's more. Even better." He groans, standing next to the counter to support himself. He lightly punches Prestons shoulder, only gaining no response but a slight teeter off his balance.

"Any of it, but please elaborate on what you mean by 'it'." Vikk says slowly, leaving both of his arms on the island table as he watches me expectantly. "Well, it started once I got out of the hospital, and it became more noticable over time." I say, recalling the memory of leaving the hospital.

"Now, elaborate...? Well, that I know of, there's that-" I pauses, my tongue fiddling around to try and find the correct word. "Telepathy?" Preston says, seemingly broken out of his trance. Vikk and I instantly look over, finding him slightly hunched over with his chin in hand while his other arm leans on the table.

Vikk slowly looks back, while I continue. "Y-Yeah? Telepathy, I guess. Then there's some sort of- glowing thing? I can-- grab things, and make them glow this bright blue color." I explain, looking at my now invisible arm.

I hear Vikk mutter something, along the lines of 'what does that mean?' I decide to avoid the question, since I can barely answer the question myself with words.

I close my eyes, scrunching my eyebrows.

Okay, I know this didn't work as well last time, but, I really need my arm to come back. I need... A spark....big enough to make it come back.

When I crack open my left eye and look at my arm, I see it slowly building itself back into its visible form. I sigh in relief, thankful it was less painful than last time.

"Okay, well it looks like you have that under control. That's good." Vikk mutters, messing with his hair. "Can you show us anything else?" Preston asks, curiousity lacing his voice.

I hesitantly stand up and go to the drawers inside the counter, quietly rummaging around as I looked for Jerome's bouncy ball.

I turn back around so I'm facing them, and I begin to bounce it against the tile as I walk back. I notice a look of confusion had plastered itself on Vikk's face, while Preston still looked incredibly curious.

I decide to continue standing instead of sitting back down, so it'd be a hell of a lot easier to bounce the ball while standing in case I dropped it. The ball slowly begins to gain the familiar blue color, the glow progressively getting brighter as I looked at it.

"This is what I meant." I say, looking away from the ball. Vikk's face softens slightly, but confusion is still prominent. Preston just looks like he really wanted to play with a glowing bouncy ball.

"Catch!" I yell quietly, tossing the ball towards him. When he caught it, the light instantly withered away. A small blue flame flew from the ball, seemingly stopping in front of Preston's face, before disappearing entirely. A small frown made it's way to Preston's face, but he quickly let the sad face go as he began playing with the ball.

A silence fell over us, the only noises were; Mitch snoring in the other room, and the repetitive yet dull tap of the bouncy ball against the counter. Vikk had sat down beside me, after I had sat back down after yawning a few times.

"What do we do now?" I ask, drumming my fingers against the granite counter top. "I really don't know," Vikk yawns, rubbing his temples. "But what y- we need to do next, is tell the others." Vikk adds, propping his head up on his hands.

My stomach drops, and I sigh. I glance over, an unreadable expression on his face. "How are we going to do that?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.

A mischevious grin makes its way into his face as he turns in my direction.

"Your clumsy ass is going to show them on accident."
