Chapter Seven

All I really remember was that when I woke up I couldn't breathe.

I opened my eyes to the road which meant I hadn't been moved.

From the corner of my eye I could see RT trying to come to me but Garret kept stopping him.

RT shoved him to the ground and the ran to me.

"Kingsley?" He asked. "Can you hear me."

"Yes." I whispered.

He carefully picked me up.

I felt pain rush through my body but I held it in so he didn't think he was hurting me.

The limo driver had driven around to give us space when we were talking and now he was coming back around.

As the limo stopped the driver hopped out.

"Sir what's going on?" He asked worry etched in his face.

"She was hit by a car." RT tried saying calmly but it came out as if he couldn't bleed.

They carried me to the car and laid me out in the back seat.

RT opened the front door to get in but Garret came up behind him and started choking him.

I was going to scream but I couldn't speak or breathe and I felt faint.

"King?" I heard a faint voice say.

"King it's Jennifer if you can hear me move a finger." She said.

I lifted my pointer finger then placed it back down.

I was in so much pain.

All the memories started coming back but I couldn't remember if RT was okay because I never saw what happened after Garret jumped on him.

"RT." I whispered.

"What?" Jennifer said.

I heard her get up and come across the room to me.

"RT." I whispered again.

"It's okay King he's okay." She said.

I felt like she was lying to me but I was in to much pain to argue.

-Jennifer POV-

I had a feeling Kingsley had fallen back asleep so I got up to go and see RT aka Rocket Deal for her.

I walked into his room to see IVs attacked to him everywhere.

They said he had been stabbed once in the stomach and once on the back and he had a slice mark on his face.

He had bled out a lot so they were trying to keep him alive.

RTs parents payed the doctors $1,000 dollars to keep quiet that he was here.

Nobody knew what happened because RT and Kingsley hadn't sad a word because they weren't well enough.

The only person that had spoke about what happened was Garret and his story didn't add up since he wasn't hurt and they were.

The way this looked and the fact that he already got into trouble with hurting his mom he was going to be in huge trouble.

I saw Kingsley's mom walking in to Kingsley's room so I followed her.

"Hi Jennifer." She said not taking her eyes off of Kingsley.

"Hi." I said not wanting to bother her.
