"I miss being here." I can't contain my excitement dahil talagang namiss ko rin ang buhay ko dito pati narin ang klima sa Melbourne.

Pumasok nako sa kotse at sumunod narin si Chance. Nasa airport pa kami at ngayon papunta na kami sa mansyon. And I can't wait to see my lolo.

"I miss my room." I smile at Chance. "Oh! And the restaurant and the lake." He smiled at me.

"You want to spare a day to visit the lake?"

"Hmmm. We can have a picnic in the afternoon pagkatapos natin bisitahin yun restaurant." I suggested. We still have limited time in here kaya kailangan nang time-management.

"Sure princess."

Pagkarating namin nang bahay, ay wala daw si lolo so we use the time to rest. Medyo nakakapagod din ang byahe kaya kailangan din namin magpahinga.

Time check: 5:00pm

Almost dinner na pala. Mahaba haba rin yung tulog ko. Bumangon nako at nagbihis, nang matapos ako ay lumabas nako nang kwarto ko at dumiretso sa kwarto ni Chance. I knocked first pero walang sumagot. Nang hindi parin ito sumagot ay binuksan ko ang pinto.

"Babe?" I called out. But he's not here.

Bumaba nalang ako nang living room, maging e-room nagpunta rin ako pero wala parin sya. I saw a maid passing by so I called her.

"Hi, did you see Chance?"

She smiled at me. "He's in the kitchen, young lady."

"Thanks." I replied.

Dumiretso nako sa kitchen, and there I saw him making something interesting.

I lean on the wall, with my arms crossed against my chest as the smile spread across my lips.

"Is that for me?" Tukoy ko dun sa ginagawa nya.

Napaangat ito nang ulo at di ko mapigilan mapangiti pa lalo na nang makita ko yung sauce sa may pisngi nito.

Then he frowned. "You're too early, you're not supposed to see this."

I let out a fit of giggles. "Should I leave?" I asked teasing him.

"No need." He sighed then he finally smiled. "Come here." He said so I did.

I planted a kiss on his cheek particularly on the sauce. "Hmmm, taste good. What is this?" I asked.

"Bolognese. For dinner." He said continuing what he's doing.

"Wow." That all I can say.

"By the way, Don Ernesto is here." He said. "You should go see him." He said like he's dismissing me.

I pouted but then I know he's just reminding me. "I'll be back."

"Sure." He said grinning.

I made my way to my grandfather's office. I knocked first before opening his door.

"Lolo..." I greeted him.

"Ernest." He said standing up. We hugged as I reached him.

"I miss you, lolo."

"I miss you too, little girl." He said.

I frowned at his statement. "Lolo, I'm all grown up woman now."

"I know." He smiled.

We use the time to catch up as I told him everything that happened, well except for that 'Emerald' incident'.
