"Kate..Kate." Rick whispers. Kate blinked her eyes open and smiled when she saw him. "Hey." She whispers and he smiles. "Wake up sleepyhead, we're here." He tells her.

"Oh! Wow sorry I fell asleep." She murmurs and he chuckles. "It's fine." They gather their stuff and wait for the pilot to let them leave.

When they got the ok, Rick took the carry on's and let Kate walk down the steps first. "Wow my legs feel like Jelly." Kate said and Rick gave a chuckle.

"Same." he agrees and she gave him a smile. "Alright fellas, we're staying in the Four Seasons Hotel, if you guys want to spend some time exploring make sure your back by 7! We need to practice." Jim yells and everyone nods.

"So my gorgeous lady, what would you like to do?" Rick asked Kate as they walked towards the car. "Mm It's your birthday you decide!" Kate said and Rick chuckled.

"Ok how about we grab a bit to eat?" She asks and she gives him a nod. "Let's do it." Kate tells him and he responds with a smile.

When they arrive at the hotel, Rick checked into his hotel room while Kate checked into hers. She was sharing a room with her dad. She placed her stuff her her bedroom and closed the door.

She would have like her own room but she didn't mind, besides it was two bedrooms in one anyway. "Daddy me and Rick are going to eat." She yells and Jim walks out.

"Ok hun make sure he gets back by 7 please we really do need to practice." Jim asks and she smiles, placing a kiss on his cheek. "Don't worry I'll have him back." She says and he smiles.

"Love you!" He calls out as she leaves. When Kate arrived downstairs Rick was already there waiting for her. "Hey babe." he said when he saw her.

"Hey." She responds giving him a peck on the cheek. "You look nice." he says and she blushed. "Come on." She said and he gave her a tender smile.

"So food first then maybe some exploring?" Rick asked and she smiled. "Whatever you want birthday boy!" Rick chuckles and takes her hand in his as they walk towards the restaurant.

"Wow." kate says when they arrive. "I know right! Pretty nice." he said and she smiled. "Sudden;y Remy's seems so little." Kate said and he gives a fake gasp.

"Katherine Beckett!" He says and she chuckles. "Hiya folks what can i get yea?" The waiter ask when she arrives at the table. After giving her their orders she comes back with the drinks.

"Alright, water for the young man and a Coke for the lady." She says. "Thank you." They said at the same time and she chuckles. "No prob hun." Rick reached his hand out for Kates and she smiled, giving it.

"Thank you..for being here." He said and she smiled. "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else." Kate said and Rick smiled. "Your amazing." he said and she rolled her eyes.

"Hardly." She answered back and he smiled. "You are!" He said with authority and she bit her lip. "Back at ya handsome." An hour later Kate and Rick were walking in nearest park.

"So my dad said I have to get you back by 7." Kate said as they sat in the swings. "Well we have a few more hours, I just want you to myself right now." He said and she blushed.
