Guys, you know how when you run your wrists under cold water it cools the veins and your blood flow; thus cooling you down too?

Anyway. I always wear long sleeves, and I'm always really warm. I don't care if there's fifty electric fans, I am always waaaaay too hot. I mean I feel like the sun is going to engulf the Earth, literally.
WHAT IF THE SLEEVES ARE INSULATING MY VEINS, MAKING MY BLOOD STREAM HOTTER. MAYBE THAT'S WHY IM ALWAYS HOT?
