We finally did something that made the homophobes stop attacking me and Alison on Twitter, it's honestly just annoying and ridiculous. We later found out that the homophobes were in the age group 13-15, which just disappoints me since I thought the next generation would be more welcoming and wouldn't give a shit if someone was different from everyone else.
We had informed their parents of course, who probably just patted their kid on the back, since most parents are homophobic.
"Stop staring at the empty space, Emily." Alison spoke softly beside me as I looked at her. She wore a white tank top that said Make Her Wetter with a pair of jeggings and combat boots. She had her hair up in a ponytail, giving me a clear view of her chiseled features and her pink plump lips.
She smiled at me making me smile as well. "That's more like it. Now, we look like a happy couple on a date." She said and looked down to our hands and intertwined them.
We were sitting on a bench on top of a cliff as we stared out to the city lights. Mary had set this up for us, because she said that there were probably going to be alot of paparazzis and she said, she didn't want our fans to think we broke up or something since we've kind of distanced ourselves from social-media.
I just smiled and looked away and watched as fireworks took over the sky. I stared up to the sky in awe as I felt Alison squeeze my hand. I glanced at her, to see her looking up in awe as well.
"It was beautiful," I said, when the fireworks show ended, and turned to Alison. She looked at me and smiled, her dimples appearing.
"Yeah, I know." She said and chuckled softly as she trapped my hand in both of her hands. "It's beautiful just like you."
I blushed and looked down to our hands with a gleeful smile on my face. "That's not true." I mumbled.
She let go of my hand, but still had her other hand on mine, as she brought it up to my face and lifted my chin up, forcing me to look at her. I stared back back at her gaze, and watched as her aquamarine orbs sparkled like jewels.
"Don't ever say that. You're beautiful, okay?"
I jerked myself away from her hand, but smiled before I did so, so I didn't seem rude, and sunk in the bench. I stared up to the sky with a deep frown on my face. Why did Alison think I was beautiful? I'm not. I'm a fuck up. My face is... I don't know.
She placed her hand on my thigh and that's when I felt a shock of electricity from the contact. I flinched and placed my hand on top of her's but she tugged on it, making me look at her.
She was now a few millimetres away from me, making my heart skip a beat. I bet my face was as red as a tomato right now. She tensed up for 2 seconds before she stood up and dragged me with her.
She pulled me towards her until our bodies were pressed together. I looked into her eyes as they sparkled. All I saw was adoration and warmth. The moonlight reflected on her eyes, making it look like there was a crystal tunnel in her aquamarine eyes.
She lets go of my hands, making them limp to my sides. Her arms suddenly flung around my neck. I stared back at her with my eyes wide as my lips parted in suprise.
She went on her tippy-toes and placed her lips softly against mine. My eyes fluttered close as I instinctively placed my hands on her hips. Her lips pressed against mine so soft, it felt like heaven. It felt like eating cotton candy.
I smiled into the kiss as I felt my heart rate sped up. She pulled away from the kiss and stared into my eyes. I thought I would see; regret, in her eyes, but all I saw was love and warmth.
She pried herself away from me and awkwardly motioned her hand to the bench. "Let's sit down. I wanna talk to you about something."
I nodded, almost immediately, and sat down. I waited for her to sit down, and when she did, I couldn't help but notice the distance between us now. Noticing this, made me frown, but immediately smiled fakely as I looked up to Alison who was looking at me, her bottom lip trembling.. nervously?
Whatever.
"I-um.. I need something t-to tell you.." She stuttered nervously, making me want to know what she was about to say even more. She looked so nervous and cute. She was fiddling with her fingers nervously and shit. "Ive been keeping something from you for a while and I-I.. I just wanna tell you, right here right now. It seems like a perfect location and all for a co–"
"Just say it!" I snapped.
"I'm in love with you." She blurted out and when she realized what she had just said, she placed her hand on her mouth, as her eyes widened.
I chuckled softly and removed her hand from her mouth. "Don't worry. I'm in love with you too."
"But how?" She looked as if she was disappointed or something. "I-How can you say that so calmly? I cant–"
I cut her off with a quick peck on the lips, that was long enough to make her smile.
"Because I'm not afraid to say it out loud since I know you're in love with me too." I whispered and smiled when the second round of the fireworks show came on.
I wrapped my arm around Alison's shoulder as she rested her head on my shoulder. We just stayed like that as we gazed it up into the sky.
This is what I wanted.
Just Alison and me under the stars.
