Christmas! Oh, te the most holly, jolly time of the year, with presents, fruit cake, snow (if you know snow) and family fun.
But, what if you don't like the festivities?
I, for one, would like to think that Adrien/Chat Noir HATES Christmas. Why?
Think about it - family fun and festivities. What's so fun and festive about Gabriel Agreste? Sure, back when Mama was still around, they would decorate the house with spirit, but now with Mama gone...
"I see Christmas as any normal day."
"But don't you have someone to celebrate with?" Chat laughed, almostmockingly.
"Who am I going to celebrate with? Mom's gone and father is... He doesn't celebrate things like this." His ears drooped and tail fell in the snow. Ladybug felt guilty, rubbing in her family's activities in his face.
"Well, this year is going to be different." Chat glanced up at her.
"Oh yeah?" Ladybug nodded.
"Yeah, because now, I'm here." She smiled.
Why do I do this to myself. Now I feel the need to write some angst.
ANYWAYS.
I see the potential behind this special - there's bound to be someone who isn't going to be swept up in the holiday cheer. And because they can't be cheerful, others won't be able to either.
