The picture below is most probably a villain named Riposte. The episode will be premiered on November 2, 2017 in France.
Synopsis: The mysterious, disguised fencer feels humiliated after a duel with Adrien Agreste . Boiling with rage, she snaps and she grabs her saber, where the akuma settles in, and transforms into Riposte and craves for revenge.

The last villain that we've found is Troublemaker. Apparently, the premiere date of this episode is yet to be stated along with its synopsis.

Not a spoiler, but I found a hella theory that may possibly be true! (If you didn't know, the villain in the very center is Malediktor)

"I personally think Chloé is Queen Wasp. My first theory is that Chloé (as Queen Bee) gets akumatized into Queen Wasp. It is inferred that both "Style Queen" and "Malediktor" are both her parents. Style Queen could have some impact on Queen Wasp's akumatization. On the off chance that this happens, fan's expositions upon if whether Miraculous holders can get akumatized or not will turn out to be valid.
My second theory is that Kwami, "Pollen" got akumatized. As indicated by SDCC 2016, it is implied that Kwamis could get akumatized. For whatever reason, Pollen could have got into an argument with Chloe causing her to be akumatized with an akuma.
In the event that Pollen gets akumatized and goes into the Bee Miraculous, this will destroy the and the forces of the Miraculous will degenerate and be consumed by the akuma's evil powers which leave Queen Bee's superhero outfit color to be inverted.
