Destiny almost immediately regret his decision. He was about to reveal the long-thought extinct Ice Elemental to the Fire Kingdom. The Fire kingdom. The element that is most superior to Ice. But it was too late. He already hit the buttons. The siren was louder than he expected, it'll probably attract outside attention. The platform finally reached the top. Pretty much the whole Fire kingdom was there, staring at Rachel

There was a moment of silence. Then, chaos. The Fire elements were outraged. Pyro was already up there, trying to calm them down. But it was no use. Then there was a noise that made Destiny's heart drop. The sound of marching. Outside the walls. Soon, all four elements were surrounding the platform.

Some elements were arguing, while some where fighting. It was the blame game. Destiny quickly realized his great mistake. He and Rachel were stuck on that platform. There was only one way out, Destiny realized. The Rocket of Pyrotechnics. He opened up the door and put Rachel into it.

"HEY!" Destiny yelled at them. "If you're gonna be arrogant enough to not let Rachel roam free, if you're just gonna fight, than I'm going to leave!" The elements went silent. "DESTINY! NO!!!" Destiny heard his mother shout. "I will return! And I will unite the elements one day !....but today is not that day." Destiny finished.

He jumped into the rocket pod with Rachel. "You ready?" She asked. She had her hand on the launch button. Destiny thought about his home, his parents, his life here. "...Ready." Rachel got the button. The rocket shot up into the air, launching in no specific direction. Destiny looked out a window, watching the Fire Kingdom.

He watched the elements fight. He watched the elements divide. He watched the beginning of the Second Elemental War. He sighed. "When do you think we'll return?" Destiny asked. Rachel was silent for a few moments. "When we're stronger." She responded. And that was what slightly eased their stress.

3 Hours Later

After waiting around 3 hours, the rocket pod finally indicated that they were gonna land. "About time." Rachel muttered. At first everything was okay, but then the rocket pod began began shaking rapidly. "Stupid prototypes!" Destiny shouted. The rocket started plummeting to the ground, and the next thing Destiny remembered was a huge crash-- then darkness.

Destiny woke who-knows-how long later. He looked around the mysterious room he was in. He was laying in a rather comfortable bed in a normal cabin room, but it looked as if it was in a tree. Except nothing was elemental. Just... Normal. He spotted Rachel laying in a bed to his left.

He tried to get up, but when he tried he felt a sharp pain in his chest. He rubbed his aching head. Destiny realized that he was all bandaged up, along with Rachel. The door began to creak open. "Ah- you're awake!" A non-elemental man walked in and said. He had long red hair that was fluffed up by goggles. He wore leather armor over a dark red sweater, blood red sweat pants with the bottom of one of the pant legs ripped off and garnet red boots.

"Who... Who are you? Where am I?" Destiny squeaked. "Names Red, for obvious reasons. Your little rocket crashed into my laboratory. You got hurt pretty bad. You had a gash on your cheek and two broken ribs. Your 'ice' bandage on your chest ripped, so I fixed that up too."

Destiny studied the man. He didn't look like he was elemental at all. "Um... Red? If you don't mind me asking, what element are you?" Red chuckled at his question. "I'm not elemental! Im a human!" He cackled. "Well, I guess it would be pretty surprising to see me, since you thought that the human race was gone for, like, forever. Destiny raised an eyebrow. "A...hue man?" He asked confused.

"What? You don't know what humans are? What're they teaching you in school?" Red scoffed. "You know what, forget it." At that moment, Rachel finally woke up. "W... W-where am I?" She stammered. "The girls awake now too!" Red laughed. Rachel's eyes widened when he saw him. "A... Human?!" She burst out. "You're... We thought..." "At least she knows what we are." Red mumbled, cutting her off.

Rachel lifted her self up on the bed. "Ugh... How long were we out?" "Hmm... A few days now." Red answered. Rachel got up and walked over to Destiny. "Get up, Destiny. We've got many things to do if you want to unite the elements still." "Oh, so you're names Destiny. Wait, Isn't that a girl na-" "I don't want to talk about it." Destiny murmured. "And I can't. I broke two of my ribs." Destiny responded to Rachel.

"Damn." Rachel sighed. She sat on her bed. "I can't believe the Second Elemental War just began." She breathed. "Wait... Second Elemental War...?" Red muttered. "I'll be right back. Destiny raised an eyebrow. "Red seems suspicious." Destiny said. "Who's Red? Oh, the other guy. Stupid question." Rachel murmured.

Destiny started getting bored. He slowly got up and picked up a bandage. He had Rachel wrap it around his chest and then walked out the room. Reds house was bigger than he expected. It had lots of rooms and a huge laboratory...with the prototype rocket crashed in the middle of it. "Red!" Destiny shouted. "Where are you!" Red walked out of another room. "Looks like you bandaged yourself up well." He said.

"What were you doing in there?" Destiny asked. "I was just writing down some stuff. Second Elemental War... Damn." Red breathed. Rachel walked into the room at that moment. "We must leave." She said sternly. "If you're going to unite the elements, then we have to end the Second Elemental War."

"Ok, if you insist," Red declared. "But you're welcome to come back anytime you want." He finished with a smile. "Okay, thank you, Red." Destiny said. Destiny and Rachel grabbed some food and supplies on their way to their destination. The first step to ending the Second Elemental War was stopping one of the first battles.
