He wouldn't let me go he couldn't risk me getting hurt. "Please Pony, you know I'm pretty fast I could run out of there as soon I can. And its skins wouldn't be too much harm done!" I really wanted to go, Steve was always talking about beating the Socs heads in. And this wasn't exactly my first fight anyway. "No (Y/N)! I can't let you get hurt so just go on home."

We both walked out of his bedroom while everyone was staring. "Have fun at the rumble guys, I'm going home I guess." I gave Ponyboy a passionate kiss before I left.

I was going out the door till someone snatched my to the side of the porch, it was Steve. "You ain't gonna give up that easy are ya?" I knew he was planning something. Steve and Pony were never really friends that meant Steve would do anything to do the opposite of what Pony said. "I want to be, got an idea Randle?"

"Run ahead, get to the Shepard's Gang, we'll meet you there." We pounded fists in agreement and I was gone.

***TIME SKIP***
I was smoking a cigarette until I heard a booming voice. "(Y/N) WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING HERE," it was Darry. He thought of me as the little sister he never had and everyone knows how the big brother, little sister story goes.

"I'm fighting Darrel whether you like or not." We all turned around by the sound of cars revving up towards us.

The Socs and Greasers were lined up face to face waiting for someone to throw the first punch. Everything was quiet until Dally showed up, "DON'T YOU KNOW AN RUMBLE AIN'T A RUMBLE WITHOUT ME?!" One of the Socs clocked Ponyboy in the nose and the rumble begun.

I wasn't really much of a target in the fight, kind of a let down, so I started punching on the smaller guys. They seemed to be going easy but I beat them so hard it was like there was no tomorrow.

I saw Ponyboy getting kicked in the head by a bigger guy. "PONY!" I started to run towards him but the guy I beat up earlier eventually got up and tackled me. I was getting serious blows to my head until I could barely see.

Then everything went black.
