Ponyboy: Football Games

It was finally Darry's day off and every time the whole gang would play football. Darry split us into teams:
Me, Two, Dally, Johnny
Darry, Sodapop, Steve, Ponyboy.

This was actually the first time Pony and I weren't on the same team cause every time we were we'd dominate the others. "I see what you did there Darry, but don't worry we'll win anyway!"

I turned to my team and explained the plan, "Dally your QB this time pass the ball to Two, pass it to Johnny and I'll you at all costs," we ended it with a break.

By the time the ball got to Johnny he was off like lightning there was no need to cover him then. 0 - 1

Sometime Later...
It was my turn to have the ball and our team to another delicious victory. The entire game I realized Ponyboy's only target was me, he was really putting in the effort to take me down.

"Last score guys and we win, if by any chance we don't just blame it on Steve."

The football was passed to Two-Bit, then Dally ran with it tossing it to Johnny,"(Y/N) GO LONG!" I ran and ran as far as I could barely catching the football, I was so close to the touchdown but Ponyboy popped up from nothing and pinned me down hard.

"BABE!" I held my head from the pain,"I've been waiting this forever." He pressed his lips against mine, our first kiss!

"Ponyboy thank you," You tried to talk but he interrupted,"Your welcome."

"For giving me the touchdown." His eye shot to the football groaning for the loss, the ball rolled when we fell.

"MAYBE NEXT TIME DARREL!"
