"It seems like every time you come up something happens to bring you back down. - Tupac Shakur."
Chapter four:
<><><><>
September 6th, 2013. - Wednesday.
Life wasn't meant to be easy, one point in your life you're going to hit those bumpy roads, run off the road, lose steering for a second - but eventually you'll make your way through the obstacle, get back on the road and gain control. Just hold on: it's going to get bumpy, but no one said it was going to be easy.
"What's up with you and these over sized hoodies?" Emery said pulling at my hoodie. I smacked her hand away shaking my head.
"They're comfortable." I said shrugging my shoulders walking towards my locker.
"Yeah they are, but it's like eighty degrees out side, what gives?"
"It's cold in the school." I said entering my combination.
"But-"
"Just drop it okay?" I said grabbing my books and shutting my locker.
"I'll see you at lunch." I said walking away from Emery.
My baby bump was noticeable, it wasn't as noticeable but you could tell I have a little baby cooking in my oven.
I rolled my eyes at the girls surrounding Prince, he wasn't even all that and a bag of chips.
More like a half bag of chips.
Prince's eyes landed on me, he smiled pushing his way through the crowd of girls, I rolled my eyes picking up my pace.
"Beautiful one."
"Bastard."
"Ouch, someone's a bit moody today."
"Just being in your presence instantly kills my mood."
"And here I was thinking my presence lifted moods."
"You thought wrong." I said.
Prince smirked at me, opening the door to our classroom.
I made my way towards the back where my seat was.
"What do you want?" I groaned.
Prince slid into the seat next to me.
"Nothing. I'm just taking a seat."
"Why are you even talking to me?"
"Why wouldn't I?"
"Um, because we're not friends, and I don't like you."
"That really hurts, you know?" Prince said placing his hand over his heart. I snorted a laugh rolling my eyes.
"Go sit over there with your groupies or something, this unwanted attention is not needed." I said gesturing towards the staring girls.
Prince laughed turning his attention back on me.
"Who doesn't love attention?" Prince said winking at the girls.
"Um, I don't." I said pulling my phone out.
"Do you think you owe me something? Prince we slept together, it's not like we made a baby together." I said rolling my eyes placing my headphones in my ears.
Prince thought I was joking, but in reality we actually did make a baby together.
One stupid mistake, one drunken night - ruined not only mine, but Prince's life forever.
