December 25th, 2013 - Christmas!
"Santa came! Santa came!" My little brother screamed jumping up and down on my bed.
I opened my eyes smiling at my little brother.
"He did!" I said pulling him down wrapping the blankets around us.
"Come on sissy! Santa came!" Haiden said jumping off my bed taking the comforter with him.
"I'm coming, I'm coming!" I rolled out of bed my feet hitting my floor with a thump. I slipped my feet into my slippers following my little brother down stairs.
I wobbled my way down stairs coming into view with my family.
I sat down next to Caiden.
"Merry Christmas preggo."
"Merry Christmas asshole." I said leaning into his side.
The smile on my little brothers face was worth everything.
"We have one last present for you A'miyah." My parents spoke.
I sat my gold iPhone down on the table and followed them outside.
"What is it?" I said wrapping my arms around my torso.
My dad entered the code to our garage and I watched as it opened.
"Merry Christmas darling."
In front of me was the escalade I've been dreaming of.
"You bought me my escalade?" I shrieked running towards the car.
"We figured it would be good for you, it's spacious and we know you need all the room you can get."
I grabbed my parents pulling them into a hug.
"Thank you, so much."
I didn't need the car, the new phone, the clothes, I didn't need the money.
I had everything I always wanted.
I had my beautiful baby girl Adrianna, my family was starting to act like a family, and I had a guy who I wouldn't give up for the world. No matter what we go through.
It's not about what you receive on Christmas.. It's who you spend it with.
But, I wasn't complaining about my brand new escalade.
I looked down at the key wrapped around my index finger, I smiled doing a happy dance on the front lawn.

"Merry Christmas, Beautiful."
"Merry Christmas, Princeton." I said placing my hand in his.
"Are you ready?"
"To meet your family? Absolutely not." I said buckling myself in.
"It'll be fine, they'll love you."
I blew about a breath placing my free hand in my lap.
"Yeah you said that about your dad too." Princeton looked over at me, turning his attention back on the road.
"Oh honey, welcome to the family." Princeton's aunt said pulling me into a hug.
"Call me Theresa." She said pulling away smiling at me. Princeton's hand never left my waist.
"A'Miyah, it's lovely to meet you."
"We all heard so much about you, we couldn't wait to put a face to the name." Princeton's uncle said coming into the room.
"I'm Wesley, it's great to finally meet you."
"You too." I said smiling at him.
"You made it!"
"Hi Faith." I said giving her a hug and kiss on the cheek.
"Kingston." I said clearing my throat stepping back into my comfort zone Princeton's arms.
"A'Miyah, I'm glad you could make it." He said pulling me into a hug. I awkwardly patted his back.
"I'm sorry, I hope you can forgive me."
"All is forgiven." I said smiling at him.
"And this, Quentin."
"Hello Quentin, I'm A'Miyah."
"Hello beautiful, feel free to call be Q daddy."
A laugh escaped my mouth I cleared my throat looking up at Princeton he just rolled his eyes.
"Okay Q daddy." I said trying to control my laughter.
Princeton escorted me into the kitchen.
"Grandma Sally, this is A'Miyah."
"Oh dearly, come here! I've heard so much about you." The little old lady said pulling me into a hug. I was afraid to hug her back I thought I might brake her.
"Oh look at the bump! You're glowing." She said smiling at me.
"You know, I never thought my Princeton was going to settle down, and if he did I was afraid it was going to be a bimbo off of one of 50 cents music videos." Sally said grabbing the wine off the table.
The bottle was half gone and I couldn't help but laugh as I watched Princeton fight this little old lady for a wine bottle.
"Let's just go into the dining room."
Princeton said pushing me towards the dining room.
"Well hello, we meet again." Quentin said winking at me.
I smiled at him, grabbing the water from Princeton's hands.
"Thank you." I mumbled to Princeton placing the glass to my lips.
"You're gorgeous, if my cousin doesn't treat you right come find me."
My eyes widened and I choked on my water Princeton quickly came to my rescue grabbing the cup out of my hands and patting my back repeatedly.
"Can you stop hitting on the girl who's having my child?"
"Shouldn't have brought her over."
I was flattered, really.
Princeton and his cousin began arguing, it was going on for about ten minutes until I couldn't take it anymore.
"Let's go outside?" I said motioning my head towards the back door.
Princeton gave his cousin Quentin the eye before leading me outside.
"Had enough of my family?" Princeton asked leading us towards the swing.
Princeton's family was perfect, it was an actual family. I already loved them. They made me feel at home right as I walked in the door, they gave off this energy full of love and warmth, and that was a feeling I never wanted to give back.
"More like enough of you and your cousin." I said sitting down on the swing.
"It's an every year thing."
"How many girls have you brought home to your family?" I said raising an eyebrow smirking at him.
"Just you."
"Pardon?"
"You're the first girl I brought home to my family."
"You're lying."
"No, no I'm not."
"Bullshit."
"If you say so."
"Seriously?"
"Yes, A'Miyah seriously." Princeton said rolling his eyes falling into the swing.
"Wow." I drawled out leaning back.
"You make me sound like a man whore."
"You are a man whore."
"I beg to differ."
"Okay Princeton, okay."
"Hey."
"Hm." I said looking at Princeton.
"Thank you."
"For what?"
"Being here with me."
"Thank you for bringing me."
"I adore your family." I said looking out into the yard.
"They adore you." Princeton said kissing my knuckles.
I smiled at him, leaning over to kiss his cheek.
"Princeton, Miyah dinners ready!"
"Come on before all the foods gone." Princeton said laughing pulling me up from the swing.
I wobbled my way inside, the smell of food finding my nose.
I moaned in delight.
"Smells amazing Theresa."
"Why thank you darling, come on eat up you have two to feed." She winked at me.
"I got it, go sit down."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm positive."
I nodded my head taking a seat at the dining table.
Princeton and my family were so different. His entire family came together. Mine just involved my parents and my siblings.
Princeton's aunts house was full of laughter and happiness, you got this warm feeling, a feeling I wasn't use too. But it was a feeling I could get use too.
"When's the day?"
"April 22nd."
"That's right around the corner."
I nodded my head smiling.
"I'm excited. I can't wait until she's here."
Princeton sat down next to me, handing me my food.
"Thank you."
"What's her name?"
"Adrianna Jordyn Tribbiani."
"Princeton wanted Jordyn as a reminder of his grandma." I said grabbing his hand under the table.
"Aw, bless your heart sweetie. Grandma Jordyn is going to be so happy."
I caught Princeton staring at me with a look of awe. I squeezed his hand smiling at him before biting into my food.
The table was full of laughs, and I couldn't stop smiling.
"Time to open presents!"
I followed Princeton into the living room, Princeton pulled me down onto the floor next to him.
"A'Miyah this one is for you."
"For me? You guys didn't have to get me anything really.
"You're apart of the family, get use to it."
I smiled opening the gift.
It was cheetah onesies, that said "Mommy's girl" , and "my moms hotter than yours."
"I love it! Thank you." I said smiling big.
I ended up with a ton of clothes for Adrianna, most of the presents were for Adrianna and I was perfectly okay with that.
I received the best gift of all time a new family.
Grant they bought me some of my favorites, Victoria secret perfume, pajamas a huge box of slim Jim's and frosted flakes, which I was definitely excited about.
I had no clue how they knew what I liked, but I was thankful.
"For you." I looked over and in Princeton's hand was a tiny box.
I took it with shaky hands, opening the velvet box.
"It's beautiful." I said looking up at Princeton."
It was a diamond heart shaped necklace.
"Do you like it?"
"I love it, thank you." I said kissing Princeton's cheek.
Flashes of cameras went off.
I wiped away the on coming tears and turned around so Princeton could put it on me.
The necklace dropped around my neck I picked it up with my fingers admiring it's beauty.
"Thank you."
Princeton pulled me into a hug planting a kiss in my hair.

Princeton began opening his gifts from me, and let's just say he was more than happy to add to his shoe collection.
"Thank you babe, you're the best." Princeton said hugging me planting a kiss on my forehead.
"You gave me the best gift though."
"What's that?"
"Adrianna."
I smile at him as I stood on my tippy toes to meet his lips.
"To me that's what dating looks like."
Princeton and I pulled away, smiling like idiots.
But I couldn't help it, this was a perfect Christmas.

"How many times are you going to look at the necklace?" Princeton asked crawling into bed with me.
His curls were dripping water, Princeton laid his head on my legs looking up at me.
"As much as I want."
"I'm glad you like it."
"I love it."
"Thank you."
"Stop thanking me."
I began stroking Princeton's hair.
"Hey Miyah?"
"Yeah?"
"Welcome to the Tribbiani's."
I laughed flicking his forehead.
"Thanks for the invitation but I decline."
Princeton scoffed tackling me to the bed.
"That hurts you know?"
I winked at me, smirking.
Princeton began sloppily kissing me all over my face.
And all I could do was laugh.
