"Success makes so many people hate you. I wish it wasn't that way. It would be wonderful to enjoy success without seeing envy in the eyes of those around you. - Marilyn Monroe."

Chapter six:

<><><><>

September 8th, 2013. - Friday.

I rolled over on my back sprawling my arms out. I glanced over at the clock on my nightstand 11:30 am.

It was a relief being able to sleep in, my poor feet couldn't handle the hallways of my school today.

I rolled out of my bed my feet hitting my cold hardware floor.

My shirt hugged my body tightly showing off my baby bump.

I placed my hands on my stomach making circular motions.

"Good morning baby." I cooed.

It's normal to talk to your baby right?

I had the house to myself for the day which meant I could prance around the house freely without having to hide my bump.

I made my way downstairs, walking into the kitchen grabbing the orange juice out of the fridge.

My day was going to consist of junk food, lots of it and Netflix. Season four of Vampire Diaries was recently just added and I need to do some major catch up. Plus - you can never get enough of Paul Wesley's gorgeous face.

I made my back upstairs plopping down on my bed, I wrapped myself up in my blanket pressing the Netflix button on my TV.

I was entering The Vampire Diaries world.

1:30 am.

"Emery?"

"Miyah!" Emery giggled on the other end of the line.

"Where are you?" I said sitting up in my bed.

I could hear the music blaring in the back ground.

"Princeton's party silly!" Emery giggled.

"Listen Miyah, I need you to come get me." Emery slurred.

I groaned hitting my forehead with my hand.

"I don't know where Princeton lives!"

"His address is 3140 , or 4130. Either one! & the street is Atepizza."

"You mean Heart Plaza?"

"Yeah!" Emery shrieked laughing.

"See you soon Miyah!"

I groaned hitting the end button on my phone, I got out of bed throwing a sweat shirt on and my ugg boots.

My snowman pajama bottoms were going to have to do.

I sneaked down my stairs making my way towards the garage.

I unlocked my car hopping inside, I made my way towards the other side of town. Emery owed me big time.

<><><><>

I parked my car in the nearest parking spot.  I threw my hair into a messy bun, pulling my sweatshirt closer to my body.

Princeton's house was enormous, I thought my house was huge his house was twice the size.

I pushed my way through the crowd trying to find Emery.

I pushed my way through the sweaty bodies making my way into the kitchen.

Emery was sitting on the counter surrounded by guys, she threw her head back laughing. She opened her eyes screaming when she saw me.

"You're here!" Emery said hopping off the counter.

"Yeah I am. Now can we leave? Let's go." I said grabbing Emery's hand.

I turned around colliding into a toned chest.

"Well, look what we have here." Princeton said looking down and smirking at me.

Princeton looked at my snowman pajama pants a huge smile found his already perfect face.

"You sure know how to dress to impress." Princeton said laughing.

"I was in bed, sleeping. Emery called me she needed me to come get her." I said motioning my head towards a slumped Emery, Emery felt like dead weight and she was laughing at absolutely nothing. I shifted my weight so Emery was leaning against my side, I wrapped my arm around Emery's waist supporting her so she wouldn't fall.

Emery so owed me.

"Now if you'll excuse me I want to leave."

Princeton stepped aside laughing at me.

"Hey A'Miyah?"

"Yeah?" I said turning my head towards him.

"That sweater makes you look fat."

Princeton said placing the beer bottle to his mouth.

No, that would be our growing child.

My jaw dropped and I flipped him the finger making my way through the crowd.

I secured Emery in the passenger seat making my way towards the drivers side.

I sighed looking over at my drunk best friend, oh Emery you have it so easy. I mumbled backing out of my parking space.

I pulled into Emery's drive way putting my car in park, I got Emery's dead body out of the car, and inside her house safely inside her room and tucked in her bed.

"Miyah?"

"Hm?" I said looking at Emery's face.

"You would look so much better with Princeton than that bitch Rayna any day." Emery said rolling over on her side falling into a deep slumber.

I laughed shutting the door behind me, I trudged down her stairs making my way towards my car, once I was in my car I sighed leaning my head back on the seat.

I unfortunately was going to have a reminder of Princeton for the rest of my life, my child.

I drove home, trying to keep my eyes on the road. My mind was everywhere and I was so tired it was taking everything I had not to fall asleep on the wheel.

I pulled into the garage parking my car I groggily made my way upstairs into my room collapsing on my bed, I let sleep take over, it was becoming a normal thing that my mind was never at ease anymore.
