Miles Prower is a small, eight-year-old, anthropomorphic, yellow fox. But since he was born with two tails, his old friends call him Tails. His tails also allow him to fly.
Tails loves aircraft, machinery, and tinkering with gadgets. He is also one of the youngest and smartest characters in the franchise.
When Tails first met Sonic on West Side Island, he always wanted to be cool just like him. When he and Sonic finally became friends, Tails now sticks behind Sonic's back. Tails is not only his sidekick, but also like his little brother.
