A ship sailed the calm, dark sea as the moon reflected off the water. A figure stood on the bow of the ship staring out at the sea. The figure crossed his arms as an idea flashed in his mind.
"Banks!!" He shouts, and a short man stumbled from the deck up to the man before saluting him. "Captain?" He asks and the man turns to Banks, a small smile on his face.
"I haven't attacked any town lately, people are thinking I've lost my touch. I need leverage and a new target. Any ideas?" the captain asks and Banks scratches his chin before nodding his head.
The man already had a plan in mind, he just needed a person of interest.
"I've been hearing a lot about the governor's daughter. She's supposedly really well known in Britain and lives in Eastbourne. We could kill her?" He suggests and the captain takes the information in before a smirk comes on his face. He knows this girl...he's known about her for a long time now.
"Instead of killing her, how about we use her as bait?" He suggests and Banks takes a step back in surprise.
"A captive, sir?" He asks and the captain nods his head.
"You don't normally take captives." Banks says unbelievably and the man laughs.
"This is the exception." He says and Banks nods. "Set the course for Eastbourne. We have a young lady to meet." He says with a crooked grin and Banks chuckles.
"Aye aye Capt'n Styles."
