Isabella's POV:

I woke up slowly, blinking as a bright light shone in my face. Squinting, I put a hand over my face, trying to see what was shining down on me. The sun was coming in through the barred window of our prison cell, landing right on my face where we were sleeping.

I looked away, seeing Harry still asleep on the floor, the sun not reaching him like it had me. Letting out a sigh, I gently reached out to him, prodding his side to wake him up.

"Harry." I whisper, seeing his lips turn into a frown before he slowly opens his eyes, looking over at me slowly before he blinks a few times, sitting up immediately. I sit up as well, watching as his eyes scan over our surroundings in confusion for a moment before he seems to remember where we are.

"Have we landed yet?" he asks sleepily and I can't help but giggle. "I doubt it, since we're still in this prison cell." I reply and he just gives me a smirk.

"Aren't you just being sarcastic this morning." he says and I nod my head. "Well, I don't really know. We've been asleep for a while, I don't know where we are, honestly." I say and he nods his head to me.

"I wish we could ask someone." he murmurs and an idea pops into my head. "Instead of asking someone, why don't we just look out the window? If we see land, maybe we're close." I suggest and he nods his head to me.

I get up, going to the window and looking out, squinting at the brightness of the sun, compared to our darkened prison cell. Once my eyes finally get adjusted to the light, a small gasp falls from my lips. Just how long were we asleep?

"What is it?" Harry asks anxiously, obviously catching on to my nervous gasp. "We're here. The ports only a little bit away." I say, my voice weak as I stare at the familiar buildings, ships, houses and docks that were closer than I thought they would be.

"You're kidding me." Harry says unbelievably and I just merely nod my head. He curses under his breath and I turn away from the window, looking at him with worry. "Harry I don't know what to do." I say scared and he just closes his eyes, trying to think.

"There's nothing you can do, Bella. Fate is fate, you can't change that. We'll just have to deal with it." he murmurs and I slap him across the face, making his eyes go open in shock as he turn his head back to me and stares at my angry face.

"Don't talk like you've given up! If you give up, then what am I supposed to do?" I ask him harshly and he just blinks his eyes, still shocked over what I did. "You can't give up Harry. You just can't. We've lost a lot, but that doesn't mean we quit!" I say and he puts a hand on my shoulder.

"You can't do anything for me. I didn't say I was giving up, I'm just accepting the fact of what may happen." he says and I look at him sadly. "But Harry, that's almost the same thing." I whisper and he weakly smiles at me.

"I told you earlier that I'd have to face it sooner or later. Don't worry, everything will be alright." He tells me and I look down, only to look back up whenever I hear someone coming down the steps.

The commander walks down, two guards on either side of him while he wears a stern expression on his face. "Get them out, and chain them up so they can't try to escape." he commands and the two guards come to the cell doors, unlocking it slowly.

The guards grab Harry first and quickly chain his hands together tightly, making him wince. I try to step towards Harry, but a spear is held up to me, making me freeze. "Don't move." the guard warns as Harry is chained up.

They chain me up next, but not as harshly as they treated Harry. I guess it was because I was the Governor's daughter, but it doesn't matter.

We're led up the stairs and out onto the deck, the light hitting our eyes and making us flinch away from it. My heart sinks as I see our house, sitting close to the shore like it always had, but something was different about it.
