Isabella's POV:

Harry laughed at my reaction, shaking his head at me as he pointed to the bucket of blackish liquid...or something like that.

"I don't know what that is, but I am not touching that thing." I say, pointing to the bucket in disgust. "Good, because that's not what I was talking about." Harry says amused and I blush, embarrassed (yet again) for doing something stupid, like assuming he would give me whatever job it was that involved that hideous looking crap.

"You, my dear, get to wash the sides of the ship!" He says cheerily, holding up a clean scrub brush and a bucket of water. I tilt my head to the side, not fully understanding what he meant.

"Huh?" I ask him and he chuckles at me, shaking his head slightly.

"Come with me, I'll show you what to do." He says, taking my hand in his free one and leading me to the edge of the ship, where he began to tell me what I was going to do.

And do I ever listen very well?? Hahaha...NO.

Louis' POV:

I stood with the other three boys, watching as Harry carefully instructed Isabella how to wash the sides of the boat. He was gentle and slow, a smile always on his face.

"I've never seen him this happy." Zayn comments and I nod. "Something about her name seems familiar, doesn't it?" Liam asks and we all shrug.

"Doesn't matter, as long as she's keeping him happy. Because he's not usually happy. He jokes and plays around, but I've never seen him this happy." I say and the boys agree with me.

We stand there on the upper deck, watching the two bicker back and forth about how she doesn't have to follow what he says, and him telling her that she does.

I chuckle, loving the fierceness of this girl. She was definitely a special girl if she could break through Harry's walls within three days. We've known him for at least eight years and he's just opened up to us, but it seems like she has him wrapped around her finger, vice versa as well.

The thing is...they just don't see it.

Isabella's POV:

I scowled at Harry as he smirked victoriously at me. "That's cheating." I scold him and he laughs. "No, that is what you call skill." He says and I roll my eyes at him. "What skill could you have?" I tease and he glares at me playfully.

"Oh, I'd be delighted to show you, but I'm afraid that you aren't prepared for what I could do." He says, his eyes trailing down my body quickly before winking at me. Oh, that's what he meant. That dirty little boy.

"That's gross." I scoff at him and he laughs at me. "Sure sure. Now, get to work miss." He orders me gently, winking at me again. "You can't tell me what to do." I mutter, putting the brush on the railing of the ship and moving it back and forth.

"Oh, contraire, my beautiful maiden, I can." He whispers in my ear, making me blush before he steps back, and starts walking away. "I'll be back in just a minute." He tells me before disappearing.

I huff, left alone with my thoughts a I scrubbed the railing. "I'm supposed to be a captive, yet I'm doing a crew members jobs and I'm treated really well. How messed up can this get?" I mutter to myself, scrubbing absentmindedly as I stared out at the ocean.

It was really a beautiful sight, something that I could really get used to seeing every day. Or close to it. Seeing it on the beach though, it doesn't capture the true beauty of the ocean. And I loved it.

You're getting ahead of yourself. You can't see this every day. In seven weeks you're going back home. My subconscious reminds me and I frown. I actually didn't want to go back. Maybe I wouldn't stay on this ship, actually no I definitely wouldn't, I don't know if I could handle all the old smelly men the entire time.

But just being away from my family and my father have made me want to thank Harry for kidnapping me. If this situation was different, I might consider even staying on his ship. But, I don't know if I could do that.

He was nice and all, most of the time, but he was a little too controlling for my liking. He must've had a hard past, and that draws me to him more than it should. But...that's the only thing that draws me to him, isn't it?

"Beautiful, isn't it?" Harry's voice made me jump in shock, almost dropping the brush into the sea. I turned to him flustered, watching as he stared at me with an amused expression.

"Don't sneak up on me like that!" I scold and he chuckles at me. "Sorry." He apologizes before looking at the railing. "I can see you've gotten so far." He jokes, noticing I was in the same spot he left me five minutes ago.

"It's a working progress." I defend and he raises an eyebrow at me. "Sure it is." He says with a chuckle and I sigh. "So I got distracted, so what?" I ask him stubbornly and cross my arms, facing him determinedly.

"Someone's extra feisty today. That's good." He says, suddenly kissing my forehead before leaving me alone again. I stare after him in shock, my mouth open by his sudden affection for me.

For some reason, my heart was pounding when he kissed me and I found myself staring after him, watching as he talked to other crew members with a certain harshness that he doesn't use on me. My breath caught in my throat as he looked down at me, catching my gaze. He gave me a smile before giving more commands. But that smile alone made my heart thump in my chest.

What is going on??
