At least I hope you do.

I wouldn't be here

If it wasn't for you.

I remember the day we met,

Oh how could I forget.

We met through a mutal friend,

It was a time I'll never regret.

Our friend needed help again,

And I decided to join in.

Working together as a team,

We went for the win.

That was only the beginning,

Soon we couldn't stop grinning.

A new friendship had been born,

Against all odds, we were winning.

It has been only months but it feels like years,

Through the good and the tears;

We are still going strong,

Together facing our fears.

So here's my thanks for all you've done,

Always standing by my side in the long run.

Though it seems that we have won,

I'm telling you it has only just begun.
