Thoughts whirl around my head,
Wishing to be said.
But I have no words,
No way to tell you how I feel.
I don't know how to explain,
All of this invisible pain.
Though unseen it is all too real,
It's killing me from within.
I don't know what to say
Without you worrying everyday.
I don't know what to do,
I'm conflicted, confused.
Someone give me a sign,
Or a way to get past this incline.
Either way I have to survive,
With or without you.
