A/N: Sorry I didn't upload yesterday like I promised but I forgot my usb at home and the chapter wasn't on my school laptop.

Chapter 24

The Halloween party was fast approaching and I was almost done with my costume.

So far it looked amazing ...if I do say so myself.

All I had to do left was find a weapon of some sort and decide on how I would do my makeup. The hair was done; it would obviously be curled with maybe a headband.

As for Alex... well...they weren't good.

'They' -whoever they are- had to take Alex out of the hospital. According to Hailey -who had hardly left his side- his injuries had healed unbelievably quickly making the doctors and nurses gobsmacked.

Not only that but some of them healed wrong and because of that they had to re-snap some of his bones.

Due to that neither Alex nor Hailey would be attending the schools Halloween party...or the after party for that matter.

I wasn't sure whether I wanted to go or not now.

Sure I had other friends here but I wasn't as close to them as I was with Hailey or Alex.

That night when Hailey called me I told her just that and earned a massive lecture from her about why I needed to go.

"But I don't want to go without you guys." I whined.

"I don't care! I want you to go and so does Alex! It's your first Halloween in America you can't not go to the party! Do you know how much you'll regret it and how bad Alex and I will feel?"

"I don't care, I don't want to, I'll have no friends there."

"Dude, I know you have more than two friends. Stop bullshitting me and finish you're costume." She said trying to sound irritated, it would have worked if she didn't giggle at the end. "Oh man, I sound like such a bitch I'm sorry. Anyways I'm going to go see if Alex needs anything so I'll call you tomorrow 'kay?"

"Ok see you later, say hi to Alex."

"Will do... bye Ugly." She teased hanging up before I could say my comeback.

I rolled my eyes. School was so boring without them two.

And oh my God it was so awkward in Mr Jones class, like words can't even describe how embarrassing it is.

Every time I saw him I blushed, and I like never blushed. Ever.

Not only that but I had to sit next to Nathan...who I made out with...

And to top it off Mr Jones and Nathan are brothers! AND they are werewolves!

Like that's pure 'FML' right there...

I made out with a werewolf who bashed my best friend and then a few days later slept in the same bed as his older brother who just so happened to be my teacher.

And I was pretty sure that I had a thing for both of them...

I knew Nathan liked me as well considering what he did to Alex... Or maybe that could be his male ego... I don't know.

This was all too confusing.
