This Can't Be real...[read the last update part]

Chapter 9

A/N:

Sorry for the lack of uploads, but for the past week I've been going from city to city and sightseeing like a mother f-er.

I went to a cave which was awesome and you could swim in it and stuff, A boat tour, got chased by a wild mother hog and almost died :P , had an allergic reaction to a bee sting and recieved a needle every 12 hours for a week aswell as like 5 different pills I had to take -.- went snorkeling, saw the remains of some old greek cities which was epic ;) met some hot british guys who've been to 21 countries :O and their only like 21 years old which I found funny (I LOVE THEIR ACCENTS!!!!!!!!!)

Um what else did I do?

Oh... lots of museums... a whole lot of eating and of course coffee :P

OH! and a saw a mini tornado! and a flood! like I was in the middle of a flood!

but when I saw the mini tornado (we were driving past it in a car) I was like OMG! I FEEL LIKE THAT CHICK OFF THAT MOVIE TWISTER!!!!

Yea, AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME.

p.s. it's short I know, I'll upload the next chapter tomorrow hopefully but I dunno, I have all these assignments I need to do and I have this one business one where I have to make a god damn product and slideshow advertising it, then because my teacher loves me so much she's making me present it ALONE to the whole class while everyone else gets groupd because i'm overseas -.-

Chapter 9

"What?" I screamed not understanding why everyone else was screaming and running. It was a kind of spur of the moment thing; I just started panicking I guess.

"Don't scream!" Hailey shouted at me, her voice filled with panic. She grabbed my hand and the blue eyed boys and started running. "Just run! Now! Don't look anywhere! Don't stop! Just run!" She shouted over everyone's screams

We ran through the thick, dark forest as fast as we could which was not an easy task in heels.

Stepping over tree roots and rocks, we quickly made our way out of the clearing and in what I assumed was the direction to the school.

"What are we running from?" asked the guy I'd been making out with, gosh his voice was hot.

Hailey didn't respond, instead her grip on my hand tightened as she ran harder and faster. I stumbled over a tree root and the heel of my right shoe snapped and broke off causing me to tumble and fall over.

My knees and my dress were covered in disgusting dirt and had green stains all over from the moss. My hands started throbbing from where it had been pressed against pointy rocks and I feel it bleeding.

"You run back to school, help anyone that's in trouble!" Hailey shouted to the blue eyes boy. The screaming from everyone in the clearing was distant and getting fainter and fainter the further we ran.

"No." He said and helped me up. Hailey let out a huge sigh before ordering us both to run as fast as we can and follow her, so I quickly took my shoes off and held them in my right hand before breaking out in a full on sprint after Blue-eyes and Hailey .

We ran through the forest not being able to see where we going and depending on Hailey and Hailey alone when we heard a loud, blood curdling scream in the distance to our right.

I had no idea what we were running from. At first I thought some people were playing a prank but this was too realistic for a high school prank, and that last scream that was heard was freaking me out.

Suddenly everyone was screaming, from every direction you could hear people screaming, from what I don't know.

It could have been from pain?

From fright?

God knows what.

Blue-eyes suddenly grabbed my hand and pushed me behind him, telling me not to look anywhere but at his back. And me being the curious idiot I am, I looked to my right only to throw up a bit in my mouth, there was blood everywhere.

Even in the dark I could make out red stains on the trees as if someone brutally injured had been slammed against the tree trunks repeatedly.

"What were we running from?" I asked out of breath, all of slowing down our pace as we saw the silhouette of the big brick fence/wall bordering the school.

An image of what could have caused the blood on the tree trunks flashed in my mind making my heart beat faster and my head spin.

"Sam, shut up, don't slow down keep running!" Hailey ordered and gave us both a big push towards the school.

I stumbled forward a few steps before receiving another hard push from Hailey and her muttering something about the full moon and a few curse words followed by 'stupid idiots'.

Ignoring her I threw my shoes over the wall and proceeded to helping Blue-eyes who was trying to lift Hailey so she could climb over with ease.

Once she was over he turned to me and gripped my waist ready to lift me up.

"Wait, you climb up first and help me get down, I can climb it but I'm scared I'll fall." I said removing his hands and pointing up to the high brick wall.

He nodded and began climbing, when he reached the top he sat down and signalled me to climb up.

I grabbed onto the unevenly laid bricks to help push myself up, I was about half way to the top when I heard Blue-eyes sharp intake of breath.

I looked up at him confused to see him with wide eyes and holding his breath.

"What?" I asked.

"Keep...climbing..." He whispered without moving a muscle and keeping his eyes glued to something behind me.

I warily moved my head to the right as slow as I could manage to see what got his panties in a twist only to whimper and almost let go of my grip at what I saw.

Growling at me was a dark brown, fully grown wolf...

...A fully grown wolf with blood all over his snout.

"I'm going to die." I started to sob, feeling my grip loosen as it bared it's long, sharp canines and growled at me right when I lost my grip and fell.
