Josh had never felt so alone in his life. Tyler had a girlfriend. A girl that liked him and that he liked back. Josh felt isolated and pushed away. Why wasn't he enough? Why was he being replaced? Was he too dependent? Was he not pretty enough? He couldn't dwell on it too much, maybe he just had to forget about Tyler since Tyler forgot about him for some stupid girl.
Josh needed to do something and quick or he was going to do something bad to himself. He got up and took some money from his piggy bank and walked to the nearest store which was about five minutes away. He went to the hair section and bought red hair dye. He was going to dye his hair because he needed something different to make him feel better. Distancing himself from his old self and his old friendship with Tyler was the only think he could think of to make himself better.
He walked back home with his hair dye with excitement in his eyes. All the hurt he experienced from seeing the blonde girl, Jenna, over Skype gave him a migraine. He needed to be relieved. Deep down inside he knew he couldn't live without Tyler but for the moment he wanted to forget.
