Our First Real Mission!?

"I told you..." Sasuke began but was cut off by Kakashi.

"Therefore you all pass..."

"Huh? What do you mean Kakashi-sensei?" Sakura was confused.

"Do you wonder why you were put in groups when you graduated the academy? Well, it's because one of the most important skills of a ninja is teamwork." He gestured towards Akako. "Seem as you were the only one that caught on."

"B-b-but, Sensei?" Sakura stuttered.

"We will meet here tomorrow at the same time for training. Starting now you are officially Genins." Kakashi smiled with his eye and then started to walk away.

Sakura got up and waved to Akako, "See you tomorrow Akako-chan, you too Sasuke-kun!" She skipped off.

"Huh, how'd you know?" Sasuke asked. Akako stood up and faced him.

"I didn't."

"Hey! Akako-san! Untie me!" Akao turned to see Naruto still tied. She untied him and slapped him on the back playfully. "Wanna go get some ramen?"

"Ooh! Yes!" He grabbed her hand and pulled her towards his favorite Ichiraku's.

Sasuke watched in jealousy, he wished that he could have friends like his sister, but he would never admit it.

~Next day~

Akako woke covered in a cold sweat, she shuffled to the end of her bed and hung her feet off the side. She had had that darn dream again.

She stood and shook it off, today was her first day as a Genin and she wouldn't let anything distract her from that. As she changed from her pajamas into her ninja outfit, she couldn't help but notice how much she looked like her brother Sasuke.
"Hey, Akako, we're going to be late."

"Good morning to you too Onii-chan." Akako replied sarcastically.

She opened her bedroom door to find Sasuke smiling at her.

"What?"

"Nothing... little sis."

"We are the same age."

"Then why do you always call me Onii-chan?"

"Fine, Sasuke-kun? Like that better?" His smile faded.

"Let's get to training."

"Fine... Onii-chan." Sasuke smiled a little.

As they walked out of the house they were greeted by Naruto and Sakura.

"Goodmorning Sasuke-kun!" Sakura greeted Sasuke loudly.

"Come on Akako-san," Was all Naruto said as he dragged her to the training area.

As they reached the training area, Sakura had already given up on trying to get Sasuke's attention and was now messing with Akako's hair.

As she braided Akako's hair, Naruto was as loud and annoying as ever.

"Kakashi-sensei will be late again! I could've gotten more sleep! He is never on time!" Naruto's rant was as interesting as it was annoying.

"Oi, Naruto?" Sasuke yelled. Naruto stopped his rant for a bit to listen. "Maybe Kakashi-sensei isn't here yet because he doesn't want to hear your annoying voice!"

Naruto clenched his fists. It's not that he hated Sasuke, but he surely didn't like him. Too bad for Akako, she kinda shipped them since the day they accidentally kissed.

"Konnichawa!" Kakashi greeted everyone.

"Your late!" Sakura and Naruto yelled in sync. Kakashi just scratched the back of his head.

"Well, I met a beautiful woman and naturally, she fell in love with me."

"Stop making up excuses Kakashi-sensei!" Naruto yelled.

"Okay, okay. Today we have a mission..." Kakashi started but was cut off by Naruto, again.

"A mission! Ooh! I am going to..."

"Naruto!" Kakashi was beginning to lose his patience with Naruto. "It is a D-ranked mission, no need to get excited all we are doing is picking weeds."

"What?"
