"Begin!" Kakashi yelled. Almost immediately Naruto used his Shadow Replication technique. It almost made Akako want to face-palm at his obliviousness. As Naruto used his Shadow replications to fight Kakashi and take a bell, Sasuke and Sakura scurried away into the bushes for cover. Unlike Sasuke, who was unable to detect in the luscious undergrowth, Sakura stook out like a sore thumb with her bright pink hair.
As Akako turned her attention back to the fight, she noticed that somehow Naruto had gotten himself into a trap, his leg stuck in a rope and hanging upside down from the branch of a tree. Classic Naruto.
As Naruto hung from the tree, Sasuke took the situation of Kakashi being distracted as an opportunity. He attacked from above, earning a concerned gasp from Sakura for Kakashi.
It was obviously a Replacement Trick on Kakashi's behalf. As Sasuke was recovering from the energy-draining attack, Naruto was still stuck in the tree. Akako internally smiled, it was her turn. She moved as fast as lightning over to Sakura's hiding place. The bushes moved dramatically as Akako squatted next to Sakura.
"How did you know where I was Akako-chan?" Sakura whispered.
"Oh, Sakura-san, I thought you brighter than that. You can't camouflage with your hair."
That statement earned a scowl from Sakura. "Find your own hiding spot Akako-chan, I've already claimed this one."
"I don't need a hiding spot. I was going to ask you if you wanted one of those." Akako said, pointing to the bells.
This surprised Sakura. "Of course! Are you dumb Akako-chan?" Sakura said flicking Akako's forehead.
Akako stood up, revealing their spot and walked back into the clearing. Kakashi was occupied reading some odd book called Make-Out Paradise. At the sight of Akako, he closed the book and placed it in his weapons' pouch. Naruto was still in the tree and Sasuke was nowhere to be seen.
Akako stood straight across the clearing from Kakashi, staring him down. Kakashi looked into her onyz colored eyes and crossed his arms over his chest, clearly unimpressed.
They stood there like this for several seconds before Akako heard Naruto yell at her from the tree. "Akako-san! What are you doing just standing there?!"
"Akako-chan! What are you doing?" Sakura yelled.
For many more seconds Kakashi and Akako just stood their, staring at each other, neither Sakura nor Naruto, not even Sasuke making a move, curious of what would happen next.
The first move made was by Akako, as she put her right hand behind her back, a victorious smile stretching across her face.
"Oh! Kakashi-Sensei! Your in trouble!" Naruto giggled from cross the clearing.
Kakashi was starting to become interested in Akako as she slowly brought her right hand back in front of her, along with two bells in her palm.
