The holidays passed by quickly, Brandon was back in New York, aunt Sherri in florida. They both left after New Years. We had a small get together with our family for New Years, nothing special, no New Years kiss or radical stories.
At home, I got a little bored missing aunt Sherri's breakfast and jokes, most of all I missed my brother, I couldn't go to his room and update him on anything, I couldn't ride around with him in his Jeep.
I finished hanging up my clean clothes in my closet and started a shower. After I was finished with that I went downstairs and ate a little dinner with my dad, my mom was working late.
As we ate our pizza together we talked about our plans for tomorrow. My dad seemed to forget that tomorrow, January 13th was my birthday but I brushed it off.
I went upstairs and brushed my teeth, before checking my youtube. Since my first video I had uploaded three more. A makeup tutorial, a New Years Eve outfit/ party ideas and a collab with the Dolan Twins which was the tin can challenge.
My latest one was the collab, most of the comments were positive, but there was also more negative stuff.
"Why the hell are they with that thing?"
"Omg I hope that bitch doesn't try to date them."
After denying the rumors on Twitter, people still assumed that I was dating one of them. I rolled my eyes and shut off my laptop before going to sleep. - - I woke up around 6 to get ready for school. Friday, my birthday. I checked my phone for any notifs, and saw I had none. I frowned and went downstairs to where my mom probably made me a special birthday breakfast.
Expecting to smell chocolate chip waffles and bacon I went into the kitchen where my mom and dad sat at the bar eating cereal. The oven wasn't on and the bars were bare. What.
Did they forget that it was my birthday, their only daughter was turning 16, where was the yelling and cute lil breakfast.
When I got upstairs my phone dinged I quickly ran and checked it.
