"Maybe I'm just a kid in love, maybe I'm just a kid in love. Oh baby if this is what its like falling in love I don't ever wanna grow up." Shawn's soft voice sang.I hummed along to the words and watched him perform. The lights flash a bright yellow color, giving me a slight headache but Shawn was worth the headache.
The lights dimmed and a spot light went on Shawn after Kid in Love ended.
He started playing a few chords on his guitar, and everyone including me recognized the song instantly, A Little Too Much, my favorite.
"She would not show that she was afraid,
But being and feeling alone was too much to face,
Though everyone said that she was so strong,
What they didn't know is that she could barely carry on,But she knew that she would be okay,
So she didn't let it get in her way,Sometimes it all gets a little too much,
But you gotta realize that soon the fog will clear up,
And you don't have to be afraid, because we're all the same,
And we know that sometimes it all gets a little too much,She would always tell herself she could do this
She would use no help it would be just fine
But when it got hard she would lose her focus
So take my hand and we'll be alrightAnd she knew that she would be okay,
So she didn't let it get in her way,Sometimes it all gets a little too much,
But you gotta realize that soon the fog will clear up,
And you don't have to be afraid, because we're all the same,
And we know that sometimes it all gets a little too much, yeah.A little too much, I said a little too much, oh.
Sometimes it all gets a little too much,
But you gotta realize that soon the fog will clear up,
And you don't have to be afraid, because we're all the same,
And we know that sometimes it all gets a little too much yeah!Sometimes it all gets a little too much,
But you gotta realize that soon the fog will clear up,
And you don't have to be afraid, because we're all the same,
And we know that sometimes it all gets a little too much."He finished singing and I had tears in my eyes, I wasn't crying but I was close to it.
The song was absolutely beautiful and had so much meaning, I could even relate it to my situation right now.
I look at Shawn and smiled.
I saw him look down to me and smile back, we were dead in the center of the front row.

"Thank you Los Angeles!" Shawn shouted holding his guitar over his head he waved around the stage to everyone, slapping hands.I clapped and cheered, before the lights came back on and Shawn disappeared.
I followed my mom and an ocean of people out of two double doors, into the hallways.
I stopped at a merch table after waiting in a huge line and got a hat, t shirt, and bracelet. Then I followed my brother and mom out to the sidewalk where we got a taxi and drove back to the hotel.
When we got back I was beyond exhausted but I went online and found my meet and greet pictures. I grinned and screen shotted mine.

I clicked off my phone and fell asleep in no time.

-"Hayden." My mom said. She had just got of the phone and I was sitting with Brandon watching a Warriors game.
I looked at her. "Your treatment starts Thursday." She says, breaking the news.
I sigh. "Okay."
"That means we'll have to go home Tuesday." She says and I nod.
Brandon puts his arm around me.
"Its gonna be okay sis."
I hoped he was right.
