Meghan's P.O.V.
So it's been two days since I "ran away" from Liam. I didn't run away, but that's what Mum and Liam himself keep saying. I simply just left without mentioning where I went. He knows I'm at mum's anyway so I still haven't technically run away. He's called round about five times in the past two days and I've told mum not to let him in because I'm not ready to see him.
Mum was at work and I was in the kitchen making myself a sandwich. I'm always eating these days. Looks like I really am "eating for two". I had put some ham on the bread and I fancied some sliced chicken too. I turned around to go look in the fridge when I bumped into someone. And it wasn't the usual bumping into them either. I'm not sure how it happened, but their lips ended up on mine. I recognised those lips though. I pulled away. "Liam? How did you get in?" I jumped back, quite shocked and scared to find him here.
"Your mum left the door unlocked..." I nodded, still scared from the fright of what happened.
"What are you doing here?"
"What, so I can't come and see my fiancé and the mother of my child?" I felt myself blush a little but tried to hide it by busying myself with my sandwich.
"Do you uh, do you want one?" I motioned to the sandwich I had made. Liam nodded and I pulled out more bread and started making him one. We sat down at the table.
"Listen, about the other day, we had to do back to back interviews, meet and greets and signing all in the one town. We barely had time to breathe never mind use our phones. Paul said I was needed there so I couldn't get away as much as I wanted too. I hate myself for missing the appointment, babe, honestly I do. I knew you would be annoyed that I didn't call you but I didn't think you would leave our house." Liam gushed.
"I'm over it. I was having a bad day. My car wouldn't start when I came out and I got absolutely drenched from trying to get it to work. I was just fed up and I didn't know what else to do so I came here. Mum's kept me wrapped up in like three blankets because she said it can be dangerous if I catch a cold from getting soaked, so it's safe to say I'm alright." We finished eating and put the plates in the dishwasher. We then went into the living room. I was looking for the remote while Liam made himself comfortable. I found it stuffed down the side of the armchair. I pulled it out and went to sit beside Liam only he pulled me onto him lap.
"I've missed you." Liam smiled and kissed me. I didn't pull myself away this time. One of his hands found its way to my stomach. "I love you - both of you." He smiled and kissed my cheek. I couldn't help but smile too.
"I love you too."
"Good, then you can't say no to my plans." I raised an eyebrow at him.
"It depends what they are..." I put one of my arms around Liam's neck and made myself more comfortable.
"Well, tomorrow is Guy Fawkes Day, so the boys and I thought it'd be a good idea to go and see the bonfire just outside of London." I nodded, agreeing with his idea. "Then the day after that I was thinking we should go up to Wolverhampton so we can tell my parents..." My eyes widened. I didn't like this part of his plan.
"You mean you haven't told them?!"
"They know we're engaged, just not our other news!" I face palmed.
"I thought you'd told them long ago!" Liam shook his head. "What if they aren't happy about the news?"
"Don't get yourself worked up about it Megs. Not until we're on our way there at least." I took a deep breath and nodded.
Aimee's P.O.V.
*Next day*
It was about 6pm and it was already starting to get dark. Everyone was meeting at the 1D house then the car arrangements were going to be made. "Harry, what if Meghan tries to be the centre of attention tonight?" I asked.
