Chapter 9
Finns pov:
I ran up with Rachel after Gracie to go talk to her.

"Gracie open up sweetie." Rachel said at the door.

"No go away!" She yelled.

"Grace Elizabeth Hudson you open up this door right now!" I said firmly.

"No!" She yelled.

"Grace honey please lets just talk." Rachel said calmly.

"No! I hate you both!" She yelled .

"Thats it!" I said.

"Finn wait." Rachel said stopping me."Let me talk to her." She said calmly.

I nodded and she knocked again gently,

"Gracie sweetie, it's just me Rachel please open up." She said in a calmer tone.

The door slitly opened and Rachel and I walked in.

"Gracie what's wrong honey?" Rachel asked her.

"Nothing." She said obviously lying.

"Come on you can tell us." I said calmly.

"I don't wanna not be the baby anymore. " She said.

"What?" I asked her.

"Once this new baby comes I'll no longer be the baby." She told me.

"Oh I see." I said .

"You're right you won't be the baby but you will be a big sister and in some ways thats better." Rachel said.

"How?" She asked us.

"Well for one you'll have a little more freedom which means you'll stay up later, you can play outside more." I said.

"And you'll get to help with your new little brother or sister, your daddy and I are going to need a lot of help from you." Rachel said.

"And you're always be our baby girl Gracie. That's one thing that will never change." I told her.

"I guess you're right." She said.

"We will always love you Grace you're our daughter that will never change." Rachel said.

"I'm sorry Rachie, do you forgive me?" She asked Rachel.

Rachel smiled and said,

"Of course I do sweetheart. I love you." She said.

"I'm sorry daddy." Gracie said.

"Aww its okay baby, I love you. " I said.

"I love you too." She said and we all hugged.

(Later that night )
Later that night Grace was asleep and Rachel and I were in bed when Rachel said,

"Finn?"

"Yeah babe?" I asked her.

"Do you think having this baby is a mistake?" She asked me.

"No of course not , why would you think that?" I asked her.

"Because of Gracie I mean what if having this baby is going to tear this family apart." She said.

"Hey listen to me, I love you and this baby and if anything this baby is going to bring us all closer together." I told her.

"You think so?" She asked me.

"I know so." I said and kissed her baby bump.

"I love you." She said.

"I love you too." I said and we kissed.
