Chapter 36 : Hope in the darkness

Seungri wake up from his deep sleep and feel shock can't see anything and feel something covering both of his eyes while move both of his hands touching his face. he try to pulling of the blindfold bandage and try to open his eyes but painful sting on his eyes and make him hissed in pain. he try to blink both of his eyes but he still couldn't see anything except the darkness around him. seungri breathe faster while try not to cry,carefully wake up and sit on bed.he panickly try to leave that place but the darkness make him keep crashing on things around him before he falling down to the ground and few peoples rush in to help him.but seungri too panic to think,he trashing and push away all hands that try to touch him. "Ri don't be afraid it's me... yonghwa hyung...is ok Ri...you are safe in this place now.Ri you hear me?" yonghwa whispering while hugging tight seungri in his embrace even seungri keep punching him and struggling to release him self. he stop stuggling when hear yonghwa's voice but seungri start crying without said any single word,move both of his hand try to find yonghwa's hands.he feel relax when he feel someone reach his hand and pat on it tenderly. "don't be afraid seungri ah now you are safe,no one will hurt you..." the soft voice make seungri step back and almost fell on someone behind him. "who are you?! where am i?! Hyung?! Yonghwa hyung!! where are you?" seungri shout in panic but that man didn't release his hold on seungri's hand even seungri try pull it away. "i'm here Ri,i'm here...is ok don't be scared.he is my boss,he already safe us Ri don't cry." yonghwa said while hold on seungri's other hand. all of them surprise when seungri suddenly pushing away Mr Kwon and grab on yonghwa hand really tight. "hyung...hyung...i want go home..my eyes...i can't see...it's hurt." seungri crying while pulling yonghwa's hands. "is ok Ri... is ok, we are safe here. we will cured your eyes soon. you will be fine,don't cry Ri.i'm so sorry..." yonghwa soothing seungri that still panic.after few minutes finally seungri could calm down and quietly sit on bed without release yonghwa hand from his hand grip,listening to Doctor explaining to him about his eyes that blind because of fire accident.seungri didn't said anything when doctor told him possible to heal his eyes need long time and seungri have to get eyes transplantation surgery before he could see again.Mr Kwon and Yonghwa feel worry when seungri stop cry and not ask anything. they saw seungri try to laid back on bed by him self after release his hand grip on yonghwa hand. "hyung...i'm so tired...really tired." seungri mumbling while hold tight his blanket and closing his eyes. "then sleep Ri,we talk later ok?" Yonghwa try to calm down saw seungri that still shock. "don't shut off....the light hyung...i'm scared...it's dark...i don't want it..." seungri mumbling before he sleep in his sadness while yonghwa touching his hand and answer him with yes.

Mr Kwon watching seungri try his best to hide his sadness and dissapointed with the news that he hear from doctor and he didn't cry out or angry but laid back him self on bed.all of them saw seungri tears slowly fell down even seungri closing both of his eyes and said he just want to sleep. "poor kid,i promise i won't let you suffer anymore.i will be here for you kid.no one will hurt you...and i will pay back for all of your loss." Mr Kwon whisper while wipes the tears carefully from seungri's cheeks.

Mr Kwon ask yonghwa go back to rest in his own room and said he will stay take care of seungri.Mr Kwon checking email in his tablet when seungri awake again. "hei becareful kid,don't panic..." Mr Kwon hold on both of seungri's hands that moving try to found something to hold on when he awake from bed. "who are you? where are Yonghwa hyung? i want...i need hyung here...please..." seungri almost cry when he realize the man infront of him not his yonghwa hyung. "yonghwa need rest kid, he got injured too when he save you.i will help you,did you need something? i will get it for you." Mr Kwon ask softly smile saw seungri pale because of panic. "uncle, who are you? your voice sound older like my appa,but who are you?" seungri ask in curious tone. "i'm Kwon Yong Suk, seungri is your name right? yonghwa call you Ri... may i call you Ri too?" Mr Kwon said and he smile when saw seungri nod weakly.he pat carefully on seungri's head but hold it back when saw seungri look scared and try to avoid. "i'm sorry...uncle Kwon...i'm... i didn't mean to be rude...it just..when i'm feel your hand on my hair....it's like when they did before hit me." seungri sobbing try to explain and face his trauma.seungri feel Mr Kwon carefully touch his hands.he feel warm touch, "Ri,is ok i know that.i'm sorry if i didn't came earlier to save you.Ri uncle promise,you will be fine and about your eyes...i will find new eyes for you as soon as possible.don't be sad ok? uncle will be your eyes and help you until you could see again and be healthy again." Mr Kwon whisper while hugging seungri that almost cry in his embrace. "how i wish i could hug my son like i'm hug you now Ri how i wish i could..." Mr Kwon whisper in seungri's ears and unconscious their tears fell. "uncle,i want meet my eomma, appa and hyung...may i? please? they will worry if i didn't go back home." seungri plead in sad voice after Mr Kwon helping him to sit on his bed. "Ri...you will meet them soon but not now...we are not in korea now.we are in japan now.Ri,for them...you already dead now.i won't lie to you,no one know you are still alive now.so you have to get well soon before we could sent you back to home ok?" Mr Kwon explain and make seungri look shock. "uncle? what did you said? i want call my appa and my eomma now!! i'm still alive why you hide it from them?!" seungri panickly try find Mr Kwon hands near him. "listen Ri,i will take care of them from far,i will make sure they life well and safe.i will let you meet them too but not now ok? just let's make sure you are completely fine before we go back to your family ok?" Mr Kwon try to explain but seungri panickly shook his head and try to walk away from his bed and falling down to the ground.Mr Kwon quickly try to catch seungri but he quickly push the bell button near seungri's bed when saw seungri hardly to breathe while curled up on the ground clutching on his own shirt try to endure pain on his left chest before he lost his conscious.

meanwhile in Korea,Jiyong lost his self in sorrow,never stop blaming him self.he stop do all his schedules even after went out from hospital.Youngbae following him to everywhere with Daesung just to make sure he didn't kill him self or making the trouble with his own star agency. jiyong look really angry when his own eomma Mrs Kwon meet him in the company hall. "don't you dare disturb me anymore or i will kill my self infront of you! i will do it if you try to stay around me again.you!! is you...yes...you destroy everything around me and make me life like death right?! so let me alone now or i will end everything now and let you paid for everything you did Madam Kwon!!" Jiyong shout in anger after he threw away all the schedules file on his eomma's assistant hands to the ground and walk away after wipe his tear with hurt face.Daesung and Youngbae try to chase jiyong to his own car in parking area. "where are you going?" Youngbae ask after catch jiyong's arm. "i want go to Ri's house..." jiyong answer shortly and he still cry when Daesung quickly sit in driver sit. "we will drive you there hyung,let's go together." Daesung quickly said before he give sign to them to sit inside the car.they sigh sadly before went into the car and go to seungri's house.

Mrs Choi open the door for them,she hug them one by one without holding her tears anymore.she hugging jiyong tight in her embrace while try to be strong. "you are so thin jiyong ah...Ri won't like to see you like this...aunty will cook some foods for you ok? you have to eat." Mrs Choi try to smile bitterly after release her hug and drag them inside the house.Mr Choi and Seunghyun look still cleaning seungri's bedroom without move everything from that room.they keep it like when seungru still using it before. "Ri like his room fresh and clean because he like to sleep all day long when he feel lazy." seunghyun said while smile bitterly. they try hard to hold back their own tears.that night they eat dinner together without said anything try to hide their own sorrow while let seungri chair still empty.Mrs Choi still serve bowl of rice for seungri and they pretend didn't know or ask about it.Jiyong stay in seungri family house that night with daesung and youngbae,but no one of them use seungri bed because they still wish someday even it's impossible, seungri will be back alive to sleep on that bed again. Mrs choi hold on seungri's pajama before leave jiyong sleep on the other bed in seungri's room. "it just feel he still here..just like yesterday when he still alive...Ri always like to wear this pajama even he have other pajama." Mrs Choi said sadly before jiyong hug her and said goodnight. "aunty....may i stay here? please? i really miss seungri." jiyong ask sadly looking at seungri's bed. "jiyong ah...i miss my baby too...sure you can and you are really welcome to stay as long as you wish...i'm sure Ri will like it too." Mrs choi answer before she leave and give a box to jiyong. "it's seungri gift for you.he bought it for you...but he forget take it to your concert last time." Mrs Choi said and went out from the room.Jiyong opening it and saw a beautiful pedant with G shape. he let his tears wet the box while holding on the silver pedant in his hand palm.
