Chapter 12 : Try to Shine again

Seungri pretend didn't know his eomma looking at him while he still busy writing on his lyrics book. "still don't wanna share with eomma?" Mrs Choi pretend to pout,make seungri her son chuckled and stop writing. "come on Ri,eomma really curious ok?!" Mrs Choi whining asking the reason why Ri cry and fainted breathless last time in his room when still talking with Jiyong. Mrs Choi ask after saw Jiyong leave to work in recording studio.

"eomma where is my whistle? You didn't threw it right?" seungri suddenly ask but he got lightly slap on his hand after his eomma give him back a box with his whistle necklace inside. "don't change the topic now,Ri...." Mrs Choi whining when saw seungri giggling and touch the whistle inside the box. "argh eomma,it's hurt." seungri pretend look almost cry, "let it be,bad Ri.don't want to shared with eomma anymore huh?" Mrs Choi pretend look angry and sit peeling and apple beside seungri's bed but peeking at her son that look ready to talk.

"eomma,you still remember when i ask, what if someone promise you something but they forget about it because lost their memories? That time you said,you will wait until that person remember right?" seungri start to said while touching the whistle.Mrs Choi nodded after remember seungri did ask that before when seungri just finish celebrate jiyong's birthday last time. "and that time i'm wondering what if i don't have time to wait for it." seungri sigh but smiling bitterly.Mrs Choi stop peeling the apple and hold on seungri's hand in her hands grip. "eomma,i found him...whistle hyung that give me this whistle.but he didn't remember it because he already lost his childhood memories.he is different now eomma..." seungri said softly and let his single tears fell down.Mrs Choi look shocked with seungri's words that she just hear. "you found him? Where? Ri,when you found him?" Mrs Choi try to ask but seungri just smile bitterly at her. "Jiyong?! Your whistle hyung? He is Jiyong? Ri,are you sure?" Mrs Choi ask when saw seungri looking sad at him and realize who are they talking about.seungri nodded sadly and let his eomma hug him. "then why you didn't tell him Ri? Maybe he will remember it and remember about his promised Ri." Mrs Choi pat lightly on seungri's back but she could feel seungri shook his head lightly in her embrace. "he will thought i making a lie story.i think you are right eomma,i will wait until that day when he remember me." seungri whispering while hugging his eomma sadly. "i'm so sorry to ask Ri,eomma didn't know it." Mrs Choi feel sorry to make her son remember those sad memories. "i'm not crying because of that,but because Jiyong hyung even try to end his life few years ago.he show me suicide scars in his left wrist....he said my surgery scars is beautiful,just because...it show i'm still fight for my life.he said...his scars is bad because he already give up to his life but failed eomma.i'm really sad why he changes alot? I couldn't find his shining smile anymore eomma...all i can't find just sorrow and hopeless." seungri crying while told all the stories and let his eomma soothing his back softly.

"life is more hard for him Ri,time and destiny changes him.give him a chance ok? Ri don't give up at your Whistle hyung,he just need time to be your happily whistle hyung again." Mrs Choi soothing her son that already more calm after said it all. "i know,it just Jiyong hyung look so lonely and sad.i try to cheer him up but he look give up to try." seungri answer after his eomma help him to laid back on bed. "then be his strong pillar Ri,teach Your Whistle hyung to smile again.you can do that until he could remember about you and his lost memories.you can do it Right?" Mrs Choi put both of her hands on seungri's cheeks and she smile when saw her son shook head but nodded weakly in the end.

Jiyong recording his new song for his new album and prepare for next concert.even he know it will make him busy in recording room and less time to stay around seungri.he didn't have choice because he still have to follow the schedules in his work. "don't just call Jiyong ah,Ri already sleep.just went home for lunch with him.Ri always ask why you went back late and dissapear in early morning.that kid feel lonely in your house.his eomma busy to cheer him up so he won't beg to go back to their own house." Youngbae complain when Jiyong call just to ask about Ri's condition. "i'm so sorry,but you know my habit when i'm working i'm always forget about time.i will try to finish it as soon as possible." Jiyong feel sorry leave Seungri feel sad at home while he busy with his scedules. "you better finish that quickly, don't say sorry to me Jiyong ah,say that to Ri ok? Better if you have time to eat together with Ri and his eomma." Youngbae end the call.Jiyong sigh and look at song lyrics in his hand,the concert that he plan as a surprise gift for Ri now already make seungri sad. "just wait for me ok kid? I will show you the beautiful stage that you never saw before." Jiyong sigh and close his eyes rest for awhile before back to recording room.

"Youngbae hyung? You are back?! Did Jiyong hyung back with you too?" Seungri ask when he wake up and saw Youngbae walk into his bedroom with bowl of rice and soup. "Ri,Jiyong still busy tonight.he just call when you still sleeping.come on let's eat your dinner first,your eomma said you eat just few spoon at lunch time." Youngbae serve the dinner after help seungri sit on the wheel chair and wheel seungri to small table for eat his dinner. "hyung you didn't eat?" seungri ask while start eat his dinner. "i'm already eat,aunty Choi told me to eat first before let me serve your dinner." Youngbae answer and smile saw seungri eat his dinner and still worry about him. "hyung, jiyong hyung still busy? He always work like that?" seungri ask curiously and feel sad when youngbae nodded. "i hope he get rest time too." seungri whisper but it was loud enough for youngbae. "he will Ri,don't worry ok? Hm he will be back after he finish his schedules." youngbae pat seungri's hand tenderly.

Youngbae know seungri must be feel lonely and boring stay all day long in his bedroom without talk to anyone except his eomma or his appa.he can't meet Jiyong or his own hyung because both of them busy with their schedule, but he didn't dare to said it because he know they are working hard to paid his medication.that is why he always try to hide his loneliness with smiling at them even the truth is he just wish they could stay around him while his heart still beating. "Jiyong,you better hurry.Ri really need you." Youngbae whisper after went out from seungri's bedroom.
