Haylee's Point of View
"Lou, when I said I wanted to watch a chick-flick, I didn't mean this", I wailed as I buried my face into Louis's shirt.
"But this is a chick-flick", Louis said as he rubbed soothing circles on my back.
"No," I said as I lifted my head from his chest to look at him. "A chick-flick is something like Bridesmaids, not freaking Marley and Me. How are you not crying? The freaking dog just died."
"It's just a dog Haylee", Louis said as he shrugged his shoulders.
I sent him a glare. "It may be just a dog to you, but it was somebody's best friend for a long time."
Louis playfully rolled his eyes as he started to stroke my hair. "It's just a movie love, the dog didn't actually die."
"He didn't?"
"Of course not. But I bet the dog that was playing the old Marley is probably dead now..."
I felt my lip start to quiver as more tears fell from my eyes. You've probably guessed it already, but Louis is still here. He's been here for a good four hours and all we've been doing is eating, sleeping, and watching movies, with him giving me medicine in-between.
"Lou", I groaned as I put my head back down to his chest.
"You're such a baby", he laughed.
"You know I'm just being emotional because I'm sick right?"
"No, I think you're always this emotional", he joked. I lifted up my hand and smacked him on his arm, causing him to let out a little 'ow'.
"And you think I'm the baby", I joked back. Louis didn't say anything back, he only wrapped his arms tighter around me. We were in a comfortable silence until Louis interrupted it.
"I'm only a baby when I'm around you", he murmured.
"Why?"
"Because I get to be my real self around you. I can't necessarily be a baby when I'm around the other lads, it would just be weird and un-manly."
I was trying to laugh, but it turned out to be a cough. "You guys and your manlyness..."
"What? Do you think I'm un-manly?"
I answered by nodding my head up and down against his chest. Louis evilly chuckled. "You really shouldn't have said that Haylee". I was about to get up and try to run, but Louis had already flipped me over so I was on my back and he was on top of me, evilly smirking at me.
"That doesn't prove anything", I mumbled as I tried to get up.
"How doesn't it? I flipped you over", he sassed back, trying to defend himself.
"Well, for one, I'm sick and have no energy. Two, you're a guy so of course you're stronger than me. And three, you caught me off guard, so it doesn't count."
"So what you're saying is that if I get off of you, I won't be able to flip you over again because you'll be ready?"
"No, that's not what I'm saying. You'll still overpower me."
Louis leaned down so he was right in front of my face, a evil glint in his eyes. "So, you admit that I'm manly?"
"Nope", I said, popping the 'p'.
"You leave me no choice then", he said as his hands started to go toward my sides, getting ready to tickle me.
"Shit, Louis quick get off I have to throw up again!" I frantically said, putting on a sick looking face. Louis quickly jumped off of me and scooted to the other end of the couch. I got up off the couch and looked at him, an evil smile making it's way onto my face.
