Haylee's Point of View

I groaned loudly as I opened my eyes to the loud sound of my phone going off on the table beside me. I yawned as I removed my hand from underneath the covers, reaching over for my phone. I brought it up to my face, squinting at the bright light.

"Fuck", I cursed as I dropped the phone on my face. Jeez that really hurt...

I swiped my finger across the screen to answer the phone.

"Hello?" I mumbled into the phone.

"Haylee?"

"Yes?"

"Hahaha, you sound like a man!" The laughter gave it away to who it was. It was that unmistakable Horan laugh that anybody could identify.

"Well, you woke me up. So I'm sorry that I sound like a man", I stated.

"I'm sorry that I woke you, but I was wondering if you'd like to hang out with me today?"

"I'm not dressed right now and I'm sick, but you're free to come over here. Maybe if I'm feeling up for it we can go to the park or something." I should've known that that's why he called. Ever since Liam, Harry, and Niall found out that I was their match, they're always texting me or calling me. Believe me, I don't have a problem with it, but sometimes it makes me feel that they are only talking to me because of the game. Before the game, none of them would even look me in the eye, but now, it's all different.

"Haylee? You still there?" Niall asked. I shook my head, getting rid of the thoughts in my head.

"Yeah, sorry. I blanked out for a second."

"It's alright. I'll be over in about half an hour. Is that okay?"

"Yep, come on over, I'll be here."

We said our goodbyes and then I hung up. I tossed my phone back onto my pillow, thinking it wouldn't make a sound, but it did. It sounded like paper or something. I looked over to my other pillow to see a piece of paper sitting on it, but this time instead of pink highlighter, it was blue highlighter. I picked it up and started to read it.

Good morning Haylee,

I'm writing this note really late at night, but I knew I couldn't leave you without a goodbye. We both fell asleep last night but I woke up so I brought you to your room. I needed to leave because my mum was getting really worried. I hope you feel better and don't you dare forget to take your medicine. I will be coming over later to check on you and I might even bring a surprise ;)

Forever and Always,

Your Best Friend: Louis The Tommo Tomlinson

I smiled at the note, especially at the Forever and Always part. I folded the note up carefully before putting it underneath my pillow for safe keeping. I grabbed the covers and brought them over me again. I snuggled my head into my pillow and closed my eyes, with sleep being the only thing on my mind.

Niall's Point of View

I lightly chuckled as I remembered the conversation that I just had with Haylee. Her morning voice wasn't high pitched like most girls, her morning voice sounded like an angry bear. It was actually pretty cute. Haylee is something special, and I'm dead set on making her mine, no matter what.

After I looked at myself one last time in the mirror, I walked down the stairs and out the door of my house. As I walked down the street, I looked at the people that were walking. Most of them were business people going to work, with a few other people doing other things. One of those few other people that I noticed was Louis. I wonder what he's doing out so early.
