Haylee's Point of View
"Haylee" Louis whispered by my ear, his warm breath hitting my neck. I stayed exactly where I was. I didn't want to get up. Louis was very comfortable and I had no intentions of getting up. "Come on love, the plane just landed" he whispered again. I felt his arms tighten around my waist slightly, bringing me more warmth and comfort. Okay, now I definitely wasn't going to get up.
I heard Louis let out a low sigh before I felt him rest his head on top of mine. He didn't move for a few minutes, he didn't say another word, he just held me close to him. I was just about to go back to sleep until I felt his hands that were gripping my waist start to move to my sides. I knew what he was planning, but before I could move he dug his fingers into my sides. I opened my eyes, gasping as Louis tickled me. I squirmed in his grip, trying to get his hands away from me while I laughed.
"Lou-Louis s-top" I stuttered as I wrapped my small hands around his large ones, trying to pry them from my waist.
"Ha! I knew you weren't asleep!" he jeered as he stopped tickling me.
I looked up at him, furrowing my eyebrows together. "How did you know I was awake?"
Louis smirked. "Haylee, I know you like the back of my hand. When you pretend to sleep, you scrunch your nose up. You don't scrunch your nose up when you're really sleeping."
"I don't scrunch my nose" I scoffed as I pulled the blanket off of me before standing up. Louis playfully rolled his eyes as he stood up with me. We both stretched our legs before grabbing our carry on bags and then made our way out of the plane.
As we neared the exit, a thought came to me. If Louis knows how I sleep, does that mean he watches me sleep?
"Louis? How do you know I scrunch my nose up when I pretend to sleep? Do you watch me sleep?" I asked in a playful tone. I watched as Louis' face turned a deep shade of red. He looked down at the floor, trying to cover it up.
"Of course I don't watch you sleep. That's creepy."
"Your blushing says otherwise" I sang as I skipped out of the exit with Louis right behind me.
"Give me a reason of why I would watch someone like you sleep."
I tapped my chin with my finger as I thought of a reason. "Well, have you looked at me recently? If I could I would watch myself sleep so I can stare at my beauty" I joked, elbowing him in his side.
"Gosh, you are such a girl."
"Of course I am. The last time I checked I had a V and not a D."
Louis and I stopped talking about that strange conversation when we met up with Louis' parents. They looked pretty impatient, judging by their crossed arms and narrowed eyes.
"Where the hell were you two?" Louis' dad roughly spoke. I gulped, eyeing Louis, hoping he would be the one to explain and not me. If only I'd known how long the plane had landed. That way I would've actually gotten up when Louis told me too and not pissed his parents off.
"Haylee wouldn't get up" Louis simply stated while he stuffed his hands down the pockets of his sweatpants. Louis' parents looked at the both of us, questioning Louis' statement, before nodding in understanding.
"Alright, but we need to hurry. The car is already outside waiting for us" Louis' mum huffed as we began to pick up our pace towards the baggage claim.
The baggage claim was huge. Different sized containers came out of one end, making a huge cirlce lap, before going out another end. I scanned my eyes over the various suitcases and boxes, trying to locate my navy blue suitcase.
