Erika's POV

Being awakened gets me in the worst mood ever...but worse being awakened by turbulence is by far the scariest thing ever.

Knowing I couldn't go back to sleep, I kept wondering why Pattie nor Jason would answer there phone. And why am I still the emergency contact?

I was starting to get hungry...and these chips weren't helping. I pressed the button to get the flight attendants attention

Woman: yes? Can I help you?

Erika: is there any food on this plane?

She smiled

Woman: why yes...would you like a menu?

Erika: yes...please

While she went to get it, I waited.

Woman: here you go ma'am...and once you've decided on what you want...just click the same button and I will be right with you

Erika: thank you.

Looking at the menu...everything was a bit--a bit too much for me...like it was too fancy...honestly I just wanted something simple

I was kinda going for the Chicken Alfredo or just the Mack n Cheese....or the Noodles in Cold Chicken Broth....ughhhhhh

I finally made my mind up

Woman: yes?

Erika: I'll go with the Noodle in Cold Chicken Broth please

Woman: yes ma'am right away

She left. While my food was being prepared I really wanted to call Jason. But I couldn't and bonus my phone is about to die.

After like 15 minutes of waiting my food came out. And it smelled amazing.

While eating my food I asked around for a changer and luckily someone had and let me borrow it

The meal was amazing. Once I was done....I new I didn't think this through. He's going to see me pregnant....he's going to ask questions...ask who the father is....I-I.....I don't think I can lie to him....I really do want to tell him....

My thoughts were interrupted by the speaker.

Captain: Ladies and Gentlemen we are 8 minutes away from landing. Please return to your seats and fasten your seatbelt.

That was short, I asked the flight attendants how long it took and she said 3 hours...wow

Fastening my seatbelt, I felt some pain on the side of my stomach.
Trying not to panic, I took in some deep breaths.

Going down. I shut my eyes. I'm terrified of heights.

Hearing the tires screech against the pavement, I knew we were safe. Once they have is the announcement we were go to go, I got my bag and headed down.

Getting out of the airport, I got a rental car. Checking my phone it read 8:57 pm

I called the man again.

Bruce: Mrs. Erika?

Erika: hi...yes I was wondering if it was still a good time to check up on him.

Bruce: to save you the time...they're still in surgery...but I will give you a call when you can. Sound good?

Erika: yea sure.

Starting the car, I looked around for hotels.
Finding a decent one, I checked in. Walking through the door I got the call.

Bruce: he's awake and he's alert. We don't want to put you in any danger...but the medication isn't working and making him very very aggressive....it's your call if you want to see him
