Fallen Apart

Justin's POV

Looking up at her, she smiled. But why would it think I'm it's dad? She moved on.

I felt him kick. It was cute.

Justin: so you really gonna do this? But you said you didn't want to

Erika: there's no going back. I'm sure I want to do this. It'll give me so many opportunities-

Justin: wait...what are you talking about?

She looked confused

Erika: what are you talking about?

Justin: I was talking about the baby.....

Erika: I was talking about the college program...wait...so what was your question?

Justin: are you all in it? For the the baby?

Erika: yea...I kinda have to Justin....he's my baby. I love him.

Those words hit me hard.

" strong....be strong" the voice said.

The door opened. I knew Erika wouldn't like it. It was Jordan....

Erika's POV

There was silence....hearing the door open. We both looked to see who it was.
As if my heart couldn't be ripped out anymore.

Looking at her, my eyes became watery. Quickly turning back to Justin. He knew I was upset.
But I didn't want to show it.

Erika:....I have to....get going, they're expecting me back home. Don't worry...um...I'll make sure you won't ever see me again.

Tears running down my cheek.
I walked past Jordan. Stopping at the door, I looked back.

He stared right through me. I didn't say anything else.

I walked out and closed the door behind me...

Checking out, they gave me back my things. Getting my phone out I saw Jason had called me a million times.

I called him back.

Jason: why the hell haven't you been answering my phone calls! I've been trying to reach you!

Erika: I'm sorry...but I've been busy here. Specially when I get a call saying I have to see Justin!

Jason: well where are you?

Erika: in Alabama, where are you?

Jason: Jesus...I'm in New York....

Erika: why are you in New York?

Jason: Justin sent me to check up on you...he still cares about you....understand that.

Erika: yes I do know. But a little warning would be great Jason-

It hit me then. Justin already new I was pregnant....he was spying on me...that guy. The guy with the camera. He...he was taking pictures of me....why on earth would Jason all of a sudden want to visit me?? To "check up on me"

I hung up. Fitting all the pieces together. Justin does still love me. But why would Jordan be there?

Finding my way back to Bruce, I asked him the question.

Erika: why is she in there?

Bruce: she's the mother of both his children.

Erika: w-what

Bruce: I'm sorry but I thought you new....

Erika: I was his girlfriend....he...she...she's lying. She's lying. That can't be true.
