Chapter 2 - SMASH!

Sam's POV

While I was in my room, I was just on my phone looking for funny videos on YouTube until I found one called "SMASH!- Starbomb MUSIC VIDEO...".

'Hmm, I should check this out.' I thought to myself. I tapped on the video and it started to play. If you don't know the video or at least haven't seen it, here.

I didn't understand it at first so I decided to look up a walk through of this game, "Super Smash Bros.", and the first thing that came up was a video from a channel called "Game Grumps".

It was the first episode to a new show called "Grumpcade". In the beginning of the video, it showed 5 people talking about the new show they're making. These 5 people are Suzy, Barry, Arin, Danny, and Ross.

'Barry looks like the guy that came in earlier!' I thought to myself. Then a knock on my door stopped my thoughts. I went to open it, then I saw Barry.

"Hey Sam! I just wanna talk to you before I leave." Barry said. I forgot to pause the Game Grumps video and Barry heard it.

"Hey, are you a secret fan?" Barry said with a smirk.

"I'm not a fan..." I pointed to a desk fan that you had.

"but you can say I'm now a fan." I completed your joke.

"Haha, jokes. If you meet my friends, you'll just hear endless amounts of jokes." Barry said ruffling my hair. I told him about how I found the channel and that I am a new fan.

"Wow, that was a good way to find the channel, but aren't you offended by our language?" Barry asked.

"Nah, whenever I hear someone cuss I don't care, and I just laugh. I don't cuss though." I said and he smiled.

"Good because you're gonna have to get used to hearing lots of curse words." He replied. He then saw a movement behind my bed.

"What is that?" Barry asked pointing to a tail behind my bed. I whistled and my dog, Mark, came out. He barked and came to Barry and I, wagging his tail.

"Aww that's a really cute puppy! What's his name?" Barry asked me.

"His name is Mark. I found him shivering on a rainy day, which doesn't happen that often, and decided to take him in. Such a poor puppy." I replied while petting the pup.

"Well I have a friend named Mark. He loves cats and dogs, but mostly dogs. He has one of his own." Barry said.

"Oh cool! Is he the one with you?" I asked and he nodded.

-TIME SKIP-

"Yeah, Mrs. Sanchez probably told all the other things I like, like playing the guitar, ukulele, piano, drawing, and all that other stuff that you probably know already, but what you don't know is, I never played a video game before." You said while Barry faked-gasped.

"Whhaaat?! We need to get you fixed, but we'll do that sometime soon. It's getting pretty late and I have to work." Barry said.

"Oh, well see you soon, Barry, bye!" I waved while Barry was exiting to room.

"Bye kiddo!" He waved back before he closed the door. You sat at your bed.

After talking about Smash with Barry and seeing the Game Grumps episode on it, I decided to search on other video games. I specifically looked for ones with Barry in it because I felt like it, and the first thing I saw was 'Undertale: Speaking Frog - PART 1 - Steam Train' so I clicked on it. Here's the vid if you guys wanna watch it.

This video got me more interested in this game called "Undertale", so I watched more episodes.

Episodes upon episodes of Steam Train, and my eyes began to weigh like 1,000,000,000 pounds so I went to bed. The last thing I saw before I slept was the clock reading 5:30 am. Mark then climbed on the bed and cuddled next to me. I fell in to a deep sleep.

hOI! How's Chapter 2 working for ya? Good, good. Bad, good. I'm still lost in what I want to write so please bear with me plus, summer school is starting tomorrow and my dad gave me 3-days off. I will try my best to publish more chapters and at the same time, please understand that since I'm going to summer school, I might be updating less. Thanks for your understanding.
