But we had time against us
And miles between us
The heavens cried
I know I left you speechless
But now the sky has cleared and it's blue
And I see my future in you

I'll be waiting for you when you're ready to love me again
I'll put my hands up
I'll do everything different
I'll be better to you
I'll be waiting for you when you're ready to love me again
I'll put my hands up
I'll be somebody different

Ellie:

The next morning I wake up and remember that Bella is gone. I groan and literally roll off my bed. Then I head downstairs for breakfast.

Charlie is in a bad place. Bella texted me and said that she called Charlie to tell him that she's gone and going to be back soon. He's also super pissed off and mumbled something about Bella being grounded for the rest of her life.

I pour myself a bowl of cereal and read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows while I munch on breakfast.

I texted Jake and asked him if he wanted to hang out today but he hasn't replied. I guess he didn't like our date as much as I did.

I go along my business. My birthday is in a few days and I really want to get my license. I work on homework almost all day... With no text back from Jake. Around four o'clock, Paul texts me, offering to pick me up and bring me to Emily's for dinner. I agree and start to get ready.

My feelings are a little hurt that Paul invited me over and not Jake. I guess I'm being just too clingy. I have to remind myself that Jake likes Bella. I've changed so much since I moved to Forks. I used to be a fucking badass. Now I'm hung up on a guy. One time in Phoenix, my friend Jack and I got dared to teepee the principal's house... We one upped the bet and spray painted his car. In all fairness, he deserved it. He didn't even try to hide the fact that he blatantly ogled my chest.

I finish getting dressed and head downstairs to wait for Paul.
