Chapter 16/Grace:

"Well, did you have fun with Cassie?" Mom asked as soon as she left.

"Yeah, a lot of fun. Anyways, where's dad?" I asked. She gaped at me. I guess she's never heard me call him dad yet, oops.

"Ugh, he's..."

"Right here." Dad said, walking downstairs.

"Hey babe." Mom said, kissing him quickly.

I wasn't really one of those people who go eww ever time somebody kisses. I mean, if they love each other I think it's adorable.

"So, Adam, Grace, I wanted to ask you both a question. Adam, other room please?" Mom said.

"Yeah... Umm sure." Dad said, walking away.

I pulled out my phone and decided to check Instagram.

@taylorswiftisamazinglikeyeah7882 just no. I think she's moving way too quickly. First she dates Calvin after he just broke up and now she adopts. It's like, why choose Grace when there's me!

I smiled, and put away my phone. Mom was getting so much hate for me and I felt so bad. Oh yeah, and I changed my username which awkwardly was lie the second top story in the world.

"G, can you come in here please?" Mom yelled.

"Oh no. What's I do?" I asked, shaking. Maybe those people were right, they were discussing sending me back.

"Nothing baby! But G, I.. I found out I can't have kids." Mom frowned. "Soooo... We were thinking of maybe adopting a sibling for you? You choose."

"If it makes you happy... I'm sorry mom." I said.

"Thanks babe. You can help me choose who, okay?" Mom said.

"Great. When we going?" I asked.

"Maybe next week?" Mom said, smiling.

"Deal! But seriously I better get to have a say in who this new one will be."

Another Swift Wiles? Stupid haters, making her feel down. How does she really feel about the adoption? What will happen next? Idk... Nope I know.
