What a bitch, was the only thought in my head. It was thoughtful that Carter mentioned my allergies but I only got hives when it came to nuts. I knew she didn’t like me but seriously? Thankfully Adam got up eagerly awaiting to see his date waiting for him at the table. My hells almost caused me to topple over, falling out from under the table. Hitting my head off the surface I held onto it tightly rocking back and forth.

Opening my eyes all I saw was Jordan looking down at me—“I don’t think I want to know what you were doing under there but he sure does have a smile on his face.” I didn’t bother responding and stood up.

“Grab your dates and let’s go,” She said with two gentlemen standing behind her. I wondered what type of men stood behind her willing to bid money just for a date. At least the two people I got, I knew, although they were one’s I knew too well.

“This is what my waitress gave me.” She passed me a small envelope. She had already opened it so I took out the contents. Drawn on it was a jar on the side with small oval shapes spilling out of it.

For the first time in my life I felt stupid. Whatever cryptic message Stella was trying to say was past me.

“Don’t you get it?” She asked when I gave her a confused look. I wish I could have given her a better answer than nothing but that was all I had. She looked at me a hopeful smile—“Spill the beans! Those are beans and we are spilling them. Go tell your other date about this date and let’s go,” She smiled—“And the waitress gave me this.” She showed me a sharpie that was in her hand. I wasn’t sure exactly how a sharpie had anything to do with our next challenge but I knew that I had to get it from my waitress, no matter how bitchy she was.

“I’m not sure exactly if you are aware of this but you are covered in a bunch of tiny pink spots and an awkward red rash all over your stuff.” Her hands rotated all over my chest area trying to avoid not touching them while I gave her a bizarre look.

“Oh look, my date is actually still here. I thought I felt something touching me under the table,” Carter smiled rolling his eyes.

He passed me his blazer letting me put in on covering up my obvious allergic reaction. After muttering a small thank you I turned towards Jordan—“Can you guys wait near the exit until I find my waitress and punch her for giving me hives” I tried giving my best smile but I was honesty debating it.

“I’ll be your back up,” Jordan responded letting her boys wait at the door. Jordan followed my footsteps as we headed towards her. She slunk into the staff room but Jordan didn’t care for the sign. She pushed straight through.

“Excuse me bitch but I need to talk to you.” She tapped her on her shoulder. The waitress didn’t look pissed off until she saw me standing behind Jordan. Her eyes narrowed.
