NORMAL POV

"I think you and I are going to be the best bonding event coordinators." Grace says to Rydel as they set up the beach chairs for the bonfire they organized.

""I can already tell that this is going to be the best summer ever." Rydel says high fiving Grace.

"Having a fun and great time with friends, making a movie and a bit of summer romance. What more can you ask for?" Grace says as Rydel looks at her confused.

"What do you mean summer romance?" Rydel asks as Grace shrugs her shoulders.

"You don't know about your brother and Liz? Oh no was I not suppose to say that. I'm so sorry." Grace says as Rydel shakes her head.

"No, no, don't worry about it I do know. I just wasn't sure you knew about it." Rydel says as Grace chuckle.

"Well of course I know about it. As a matter of fact the entire cast knows about it or at least they suspect it." Grace says as Rydel nods.

"They aren't very good at hiding it." Rydel says as Grace nods. "Too bad they're mad at each other now." She say as Grace looks at her confused.

"They are? Why?" Grace asks as Rydel sighs.

"Long story short: the media got involved and Ross said some things making Liz mad." Rydel says as Grace nods.

"Dang it! There's goes the summer romance I was totally looking forward to." Grace says as Rydel nods.

"I feel bad saying this because Ross is my brother but I really think that some juicy drama is about to go down." Rydel as Grace nods.

"I'm so glad we're on the same boat but I also feel bad." Grace says as Rydel chuckles.

"So have you talked to the guy you were telling me about?" Frankie asks Liz as they walk down the beach together.

"I haven't been able to actually." Liz says as Frankie shakes his head.

"You haven't been able to or you don't want to? It's okay take your time. You have 2 months." Frankie says as Liz looks at him confused.

"2 months? Frankie...what? How?" Liz says as Frankie chuckles.

"How do I know? Briana asked to hide all evidence of the whole Ross thing that happened yesterday from you and our family." Frankie says as Liz sighs.

"Well you did a very good job." Liz says as Frankie nods.

"I'm urging you to talk to Ross. For the sake of the movie and the rest of your cast. The least you should do is be civil with each other." Frankie says as Liz nods.

"You're talking from experience aren't you?" Liz says as Frankie nods. "Our brothers mistakes have really been useful life lessons." She adds as Frankie laughs.

"C'mon let's go get our smores on." Frankie says as they walk to the bonfire where the rest of the Teen Beach cast was already gathered around.

As soon as they get there Liz introduces Frankie to everyone and since they were around his age they immediately hit it off. The entire night Liz stayed by her older brothers side since of course Ross was also there.

"Hey Frankie I'm starting to get tired so I think I'm going to head back to the hotel and call it a day." Liz says to Frankie as he nods.

"Oh alright I'm going to say bye to the guys and we'll head out." Frankie responds as Liz shakes her head.

"No you don't have to do that I'll be fine going by myself." Liz says to him seeing how well he was getting along with everyone.

"Alright but text me when you get there so I know you got there safe." Frankie says as Liz nods.

As soon as Liz leaves, from far away Ross notices and excuses himself from the small group he was in. This was his time to be able to talk to Liz and he was going to do his best not to blow it.

LIZ'S POV

'I made it to the hotel room.' I type into my phone and send it to Frankie. Obviously I was lying since I was still at the beach but I needed alone time to think about this whole Ross situation.

I was mad but not at Ross. I was mad at myself for thinking that I could've had a chance with him. Obviously the feelings weren't mutual.

"Liz?" I hear someone say making me jump. I turn around and see Ross standing there. "I didn't mean to scare you." He says as I shake my head.

"Of course you didn't." I say walking away but he grabs my arm and pulls me back.

"Liz please listen to what I have to say." Ross says as I shake my head again.

"What else can you say? That you were taking out of context and your words were less harsh." Liz says as Ross sighs.

"I didn't send that out! The band's publicist saw that our reputation was at stake and they thought it was best to send that out. I didn't want to but then I realized that I'm not the only one in the band. I'm sorry if I hurt you." Ross says as I sigh.

"Here's what I learned about rumors: you shouldn't care about them. As silly as they are just remember that as long as your family, friends and people who truly care about you know they're not true then let the world make up the silliest of rumors." I say to him as he nods. "I'll see you on set tomorrow." I add turning around and walking away.

"Wait, Liz!" He says as I stop walking but don't turn around. "The things I said about you yesterday, ignore them because they're the farthest from the truth." He adds as I turn to face him.

"Good night." I say to him as he nods. I wanted to say so much more but didn't know how to word it. We might not be where we were before this mess but as long as we were walking away from being mad at each other then I guess all is good. For now at least.
