What the hell just happened? I blinked a couple of times, trying to process all of the things that just happened. My heart felt as if it's going to burst out anytime soon and frogs are jumping all so very wildly inside my stomach. I'm so out of breath, my legs feel like pudding. I glanced at the sleeping Taehyung leaning into my shoulder feeling heavy from his weight.
"Yah! Kim Taehyung!" I tried to wake him up, but it didn't work, "This asshole." I cursed under my breath. I dragged him to the bed that is in the room and called Jimin to come so that I could leave this mess. "Y/n? Where are you?" his voice worried. "I'm fine, just come to the room beside the bathroom." I hung up the phone and sat beside on the bed staring at the sleeping Taehyung. Once again he looked so innocent, like a kid when he's asleep. His lips my eyes shifted down to his lips. I felt myself getting crazy and in a total daze.
The door burst open, "Y/n! What's wroo... oh." Jimin's worried face turned into a straight face as soon as he finds Taehyung lying right beside me. He sighed, "I was so scared I thought you were in trouble, geez y/n don't scare me like that."
I chuckled softly. "Sorry, Jimin." He came closer and sat himself down on the bed beside me. Staring at my face. "Your face is very red y/n, did you have too much to drink?"
"Huh?" Shit, it must've been from the kiss "Oh um... yeah... It's the alcohol, I drink a little back there." I smiled awkwardly. He probably could tell that I was lying by the way I was shifting uncomfortably. I didn't really drink today, the only drink I had is some fruit punch which probably contains a shot of vodka. Just in case, I don't want to somehow end up in Taehyung's apartment again. "Y/n." Jimin calls me, his voice gentle. I can't help but meet his soft gaze.
"Can I tell you something?"
"Sure tell me anything Jimin." I smile, finding this boy quite charming from the warm light coming from the bedside table.
His lips parted and closed. It seems that he wanted to say something, but he is resisting. I tilt my head, "Jimin?" He broke the eye contact and let out a breathy chuckle that didn't sound right. "Never mind."
I furrowed my eyebrows, now curious about what he wanted to tell me. "I'll tell you someday." He gave me a big grin and stood up from the bed. I still looked at him confused. "Come on let's take this big boy home." He flicks Taehyung's forehead and it surprised me to see Taehyung is still fast asleep.
I went out to find Sojin and found her asleep beside Jhope. He doesn't seem to mind her head leaning on his shoulders. He noticed my presence, "Going home now?"
"Ah yes." I grabbed Sojin's arm lifting her up. I slowly whispered, "Sojin-ah we are going home." I heard her murmuring some nonsense before politely bowing to Jhope and slowly left. Dragging Sojin with me. Jimin's car is already waiting for us outside.
Jimin drops off Taehyung and me first since our apartment is closer. And here I am. Left alone with Taehyung, again. I sighed, balancing my feet from his weight on my shoulders. A feeling of Déjà vu hit me. Why are we always together when one of us is drunk? I shake my head, No, no, no, y/n don't jinx it. I dragged Taehyung into the elevator and to his apartment door. I typed in his passcode and clicked the door open. I was startled by a figure standing in the doorway. It's Taehyung's dad. I acted quickly. "Oh... Hello, it's nice to see you again. I'm just here to help him get back here." I say politely with a small smile. It's been so long since I saw him that it feels weird to find him here. His eyes now have deeper eye-bags and his face got older, with white hair starting to grow out of his roots. His eyebrow furrowed in worry, his hand leading the way to Taehyung's rooms. "Y/n, please come in," he opened the door to Taehyung's room and helps me tuck Taehyung into bed.
"Y/n-ah, do you want to have tea with me before you leave?" I ended up agreeing with him, I don't want to be rude, even though it is like midnight. He gave me warm tea and sat down across me at the eating table. The air is pretty awkward and I'm sure he could sense that I am getting uncomfortable when I start rubbing circles on the cup. "How's Taehyung doing?" he starts.
"Taehyung? He's been behaving." I took a sip of my warm tea. "Is he eating well?"
"Yeah, I sometimes come by to cook for him, he's been eating well on the campus too, our school serves really good food," I assured him. He sighed in relief. "That's good." A sudden look of guilt crossed his face. "You know that Taehyung and I don't get along right?" I nodded.
"I felt like he hates me because I am always away for work." My heart aches to see his dad making such a lonely expression on his face. I didn't know what to say to him. He knows exactly what Taehyung needs and that is none other than attention. I said thank you for the tea. He said that he is sorry for asking so many questions when he could ask Taehyung himself. I convince him that it's okay and took my leave.
I am about to get scolded again by my parents but when I said that 'I was meeting with Taehyung's dad and that he invited me for tea', My parents looked happy instead. "He's back? Really? Maybe we should invite him and Taehyung for dinner at our house. It has been so long." I gave them an awkward smile. "Yeah sure." I disappear into my room letting my parents chatter to themselves.
I couldn't sleep, my head is all over the place. Taehyung's sudden kiss and his dad being home. I wonder how Taehyung will react seeing his father after such a long time. I tried my best to get rid of the thought of Taehyung from my head, but his face just keeps on popping everywhere in my brain. I am getting very irritated. I slapped my face with both hands, "Stop thinking about him!"

I didn't get a wink of sleep! My dark circles are making me look like the walking dead. Too bad it's Monday and my first class starts at 8 a.m. I glanced at myself in the mirror. "Hmm, not bad y/n, you do look like a zombie though," I muttered to myself. I stretched out the sides of my eyes "HEH HEH HEH... Now you look like a zombie alien." Oh no, I think I might have snapped a nerve somewhere in my brain. I come to my senses and walked out of my room, grabbing myself a piece of toast before heading out.
I found myself staring at Taehyung's apartment door, somehow wishing he would come out right at this moment. I waited for another 5 minutes, but he's not coming out. Is he sick? Maybe he is having a hangover? I gave up waiting, with a sigh I head to the elevator. I heard his apartment door clicks open. My eyes went wide and I find myself speed walking to the elevator. I repeatedly press the down button as if it is going to come any faster. Come on!! The elevator arrived sliding the door open. I stepped in, smacking the close button. Yes yes, it's closing! But right before it shuts, a foot stepped in between the doors.
Shit. The door slides back open, revealing Taehyung. The bright sunlight from the window placed beside the elevator, making his figure glow like some kind of halo. What is wrong with me? I immediately looked away from him. Taehyung stepped in and stood beside me. Somehow the elevator is moving very slowly today. "Did you get me home yesterday?" he suddenly asked, his voice low making my heart jump a little. He looked at me with a questionable look. "Uh... yeah," I answered, trying hard not to stutter. "Did you see my dad?"
"I did," I answered again, looking the other way.
"Did he say anything to you?" Why is he asking me so many questions in the morning?
"Ask him yourself, why are you asking me?"
"Looking at me y/n," He said sternly. I shift my gaze back and forth on the floor. "Looks like he said some bullshit to you didn't he?" I could hear him scoff, he came closer, cornering me, like what he did to me yesterday night. He lowered his face, making my heart beat like crazy. Closing my eyes automatically from our distance. I heard him snicker, this little shit. He flicked my forehead with two fingers. "Are you stupid?"
I furrowed my eyebrows. "Kim Taehyung!" I shot him a glare and he smirks. "Oh, now you're looking at me straight in the eye." His smirk grew into a wide Cheshire grin. The elevator reached the bottom floor. That took you long enough damn elevator!
