(Math classroom)

I head out of the classroom and I change my books from writing to math books. School is almost done. I arrive at the classroom and find out that Lilly, Jane, Mark, Yzsa, and Kuro are in my math class for today. I don't know who I want to sit with. I think I'll sit next to Lilly and Jane. Kuro and Yzsa can sit next to each other so they don't have to sit with another stranger. Mr. Adison comes in and we start.

"You guys won't need your math books today, so you can put your math books aside." Mr. Adison says writing something on the white board. "I was thinking, since today's the last day of school we will have in a while, that we should have a quiz." He explains to us. He puts the cap back on the marker again. What he wrote on the board says today's date and quiz, 'no math books needed.' "You guys have forty minutes to finish your quiz." He says as he starts handing out worksheets for the quiz and then he starts the timer.

Once he starts the timer, I get to work right away. I wonder how long it's going to take me to get this quiz done. Most of the questions are easy and I'm soon down to my last page.

"You've got less then five minutes." The teacher announces to the classroom.

I decide to get the easy questions over with and do the hard ones last. The timer goes off and I finish my last question just in time. I quickly turn my paper in and I head to back to my desk. "Okay, I hope everyone is done, the class may be dismissed early." Mr. Adison said. I grab my math books and I head to my locker. I take out my art books and I meet Drake on the way to my art class.

"Hi Drake." I said as I smiled.

"Hi Emily." He replied back.

"I have English, what do you have?" He asked.

"Art." I reply back.

"Ah man, I wish we had the same class, oh well see you after school." He said and left. I keep on walking to my class and I finally arrive. I see Catherine, and Lindsey here. I go over and sit next to Catherine who is now sitting in the middle between Lindsey and I.

"Hi Emily." Lindsey greets me with a wave.

I wave back. "Hi."

The rest of the students come in and get settled. Mrs. Myers comes in. She tells us we will be doing something really different.

She goes over to the art supply cabinet and pulls out a big box of popsicle sticks. I wonder what we will be doing.

She explains what we will be making. We are going to be making the Eiffel Tower.

"The best way to start the Eiffel tower is to start on the bottom and then work your way up." She explains as she lays a pile of popsicle sticks on each of our desks, plus some glue bottles.

"In your book, there should be instructions on how to start the bottom part of the Eiffel Tower," She says. "I will be putting you guys in groups." She says and then separates up into groups of three. I'm partnered up with Lindsey and Catherine.

"If you need any help on starting your Eiffel Tower or finishing it, you can come to me for help." She adds in before we start.

I go to the page were it shows you how to start the Eiffel Tower.

We glue the popsicle sticks together, step by step.

Soon we're almost done gluing the last part of the Eiffel Tower. This is actually kind of cool, you're making the Eiffel Tower out of popsicle sticks.

Catherine gules the last piece on the top of the Eiffel Tower and Mrs. Myers comes by our table.

"Very good, girls." She compliments us.
